Come enjoy your next vacation in this brand new multilevel vacation home in the amenity rich Ocean View Beach Club! Located 2 miles from downtown Bethany Beach, this home offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, den and spacious loft. Enjoy the open floor plan for gathering and an open outside front porch to enjoy the sunsets. The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed and large primary bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity and a large walk in closet. Want or need to work remotely? The den offers a motorized stand up desk with dual monitors, a universal base station that works with all laptops (some drivers may need to be installed) and sofa bed. Enjoy gathering in the bright open dining, living area and well stocked kitchen (Keurig, coffee pot, blender, etc) with sliding glass door access to the back yard that is large enough to play yard games. The first floor also has a powder room. Upstairs you will find a large loft equipped with an 85 inch TV and a game table that converts from Ping-Pong to air hockey to a regular table top for card games and puzzles. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and cable. Laundry room is also upstairs. 4 beach chairs and corn hole provided.

Guest may take advantage of many community amenities, including outdoor pool, billiards, fitness center, sauna, locker rooms, miles of walking paths, pickle ball, bocce ball, and basketball when pickleball is not in use. The 2022 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age 6 and above, while using the amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards.

Things to Know
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
