This spacious one bedroom apartment in the Marina is the perfect place to call home on your upcoming trip to Dubai. Furnished in earthy tones with beautiful décor, you will love coming home to here at the end of your busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your daily meals at home which you can then enjoy at your dining table comfortably seating four. The living area features an oversized l-shaped sofa perfectly positioned in front of the big screen TV where you can unwind after a busy day exploring Dubai. In the bedroom you will find an oversized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may struggle getting up in the morning. The bathroom is sleek and spacious and features Key View's fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities to leave you feeling fresh all day.

This property does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is self contained, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the property with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This property is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the property to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your property.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
