Bohemian and bright, the interior of this tree-lined charmer is adorned with warm wood finishes and an inviting color palette. The living room offers a leather sofa and a large Smart TV. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen will delight any chef with its wooden-block countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample meal prep space. Serene music can be enjoyed from the full-size piano keyboard.

Equally cozy, the home's bedrooms are kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning and plush linens. A private washer/dryer rounds out the marvelous interior amenities.

Outside, enjoy Vermont's seasonal colors as you take a short walk to the shoreline of Mill Pond. Evenings can be enjoyed over the dancing flames in the firepit.

Within 20 miles of your retreat, you can explore the American Precision Museum, Mt Ascutney State Park, the Path of Life Sculpture Garden, and the Lebanon Opera House. Okemo Mountain Resort and Killington Ski Area are just a little further up the road. Golf enthusiasts can visit John P. Larkin Country Club which has a nice golf course seven minutes away from the home. There are also three other golf courses within 20 minutes by Claremont and Lebanon, NH for more recreation.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
