"Be Our Guest" Villa

This home offers everything and more to a family seeking the perfect vacation getaway yet wanting a close location to the major attractions that central Florida offers. This single-story villa is beautifully themed throughout, and you can get quite immersed in any of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms. This is a bright spacious three-bedroom home with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Mood lighting and modern fittings adorn the home, and no expense has been spared relating to the artwork and theming throughout. Mickey Mouse and pals are ever present and, in the kitchen, Chef Remy from Disney's Ratatouille, has ensured that you will find everything you could possibly need in this self-catering home. Fully equipped there is an electric oven, microwave and large American fridge. A large dining table accommodating eight guests is provided and beyond is a large sectional sofa available for relaxing in front of a 75-inch Smart TV which also provides guests with the option of cable TV. A further half bathroom is also available. Make a splash in the private swimming pool or relax on the south facing pool deck with views over conservation and water areas. There is also a large lanai for Al fresco dining.

Accommodating six guests there are three bedrooms available. A StarWars themed twin room is situated to the front of the home with a shared bathroom located next to it with separate vanity area. This vanity area also links through a second bedroom where you will find a Harry Potter themed king bedded room. The third is the king bedded master suite royally themed to Disney's Beauty and the Beast providing private en-suite shower room facilities. All bedrooms have TVs.

Situated on the resort of Balmoral in addition to all the amenities available that the home offers, guests can also enjoy a range of additional recreational amenities (subject to an on-site resort fee), including a water park, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. There is also a restaurant and a choice of either a lounge or poolside bar where you can just relax with your favorite cocktail. Located in Haines City, Balmoral Resort Florida is within a 10-minute drive of Southern Dunes Golf Club and Willowbrook Golf Course, less than 30 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and 20 minutes from Legoland and Bok Gardens. Grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away.

This is a non-smoking home. Pets (dogs UNDER 30lbs only) are welcome on request and is subject to a fee. Pool heat is optional and charged separately.

BALMORAL RESORT AMENITIES: Please note Balmoral Resort charges an Amenity Use Fee of $35.00 per Adult per day and $25.00 per Child, ages 4 - 12 per day on Friday, Sat. and Sunday. Children Under the age of 3 are always Free. Monday - Thursday, Adults are $25.00 per day and Children 4 - 12 are $15.00 per day. Amenity Use Fees are 1/2 Price Every Day After 4:00 p.m. This is NOT a mandatory fee. If Guests choose to visit the Resort Amenities, payment is to be made to the Resort directly upon arriving at the Clubhouse.
