A peaceful place. This updated villa offers a private pool and a private hot tub. Great space for golfers, small families and couples who are looking for relaxation and a getaway from the city noise. The stunning natural view invites a good read, coffee, or glass of wine in the evening by the pool. Located in Southern Dunes Community which is a PGA championship golf course rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and ranked the top 6 course in Florida, with restaurant and bar on site at the club house.

-Two-Story home. Plenty of space. The upstairs is available for bigger groups of guests if needed.
For smaller groups, everything you need is on the first floor! Two of the bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room/dining room, Game room and kitchen are all located on the first floor.
All 4 bedrooms, Living room, pool deck, and Game room have Roku smart TV.

Amazing!

Shaun was amazing to communicate with! Super responsive! The house was great! My group and I loved staying there! Between the game room and pool/hot tub we had a fantastic mix of fun and relaxation which was perfect after a long day of work.

Great Disney trip!

The house was great! Location was pretty good, lots of places to eat. And you literally drive by Wal-Mart on your way to the house. Very convenient. Pool and hottub was nice. Really quiet neighborhood.

This 4 bedroom house is beautiful and in a very nice & gated community! Shaun (the owner) was easy to communicate with and answered all my texts. We would definitely stay here again next time visiting this area.

Haines City Weekend

I came to Haines City for a quick weekend racing the Florida Half Ironman. This house was in a great location close to everything. The hot tub was great!

Nice Community

Beautiful, safe community. Enjoyed walking every day. Although the temps in January (stayed 25 days) were a little cool, we could use the heated pool every day. Shaun was a great host. He checked in with us several times during our stay. We even got to meet him and his son!Only 4 stars on check-in process is actually a VRBO problem. They only allow you to access your VRBO email through certain devices. We were unable to get our check-in code while we were enroute. Again - a VRBO problem - not a host problem.Would definitely stay there again.

The house was exactly what were wanted. We had the pool to cool off in, the game room to occupy the kiddos and easy to get to. The gated community didn’t cause any headaches and things went well! Thank you!

Great getaway

He really enjoyed ourselves! The pool area was nice and relaxing, it had everything we needed. The house was spacious and everyone had their own bathroom. The owner was easy to contact and available to help throughout our visit!

Amazing stay

I have stayed in southern dunes many times but this house was by far the best! Very clean and everything you needed was thought of. Beautiful house definitely recommend. Shaun is very attentive and a great host!

Great family location

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks while attending a baseball academy. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, grocery stores and dining are very close, and the golf course and clubhouse are great. We only had 3 people, but this house could accommodate more, we never used the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. The house is as shown and provided a relaxing place to hang out. The pool and hot tub are clean and the game room is a nice place to hang out. Would definitely recommend this house!

Trip for legoland

We spent most of our stay at Legoland with the grandkids, but after the park we enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house. Everyone had a comfortable bed and we enjoyed cooking and having breakfast before starting our long days at the park.

Hurricane Ian alternative

Lovely Villa on the Southern Dunes Estate. Ideal for everyone. Last minute choice due to Hurricane Ian but turned out to be really good. A special mention to Shaun who enabled this to happen.

Nice property in a great location for golfers

Our foursome of senior golfers really enjoyed our week stay at Shaun’s place. The hot tub and pool were clean and very welcome features after a day on the Southern Dunes course. The place was clean and the living room was perfect for evening viewing. We would definitely return again. One suggested improvement would make the experience even better. The upstairs bedrooms were warm during the hot nights we experienced the first four days. Shaun was a great host and very responsive to all inquiries and minor issues encountered.

Haven from the storm

We were looking for a place to ride out Hurricane Ian. The house was on a bit higher ground and two stories. It did very well. The only damage was to the netting around the pool. We couldn’t explore at all do you the storm, but services (gas, groceries, etc.) we’re close by.

Villa need a ramp up

The host was very responsive, but the actual property need an investment in cleanliness and amenities. We are a group that cook most of our meals, the kitchen was poorly equipped and the kitchen range was working “partially” to say the least. Very hard to cook, when the range stop after 5-8 minutes or when the oven never reach the desire temperature. The house is set for at least 8 persons but there is only 1 table for 4 person (we had an another group in another villa) that were joining us for supper…so a bit cramp. The heating of the pool was not provided even if we have for it (the temp was below 80) One member slept in the living room, the bed in the room upstair create him back pain. We love the SD Golf club, but the villas in the resort are getting less and less attractive, we have been to the SDGC 8 times in the last 4 years,

Winter get a away

Shaun was great to work with, we had a plumbing issue, luckily we knew how to turn the water off to the house. He could probably hire a better cleaning crew. I'm sure he doesn't know how they do if he isn't there. All in all we were satisfied.

Cute & affordable

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. We had a little issue but as soon as I told Shaun he made sure it got fixed right away! NOTHING MAJOR, just A/C in pool/game room(fixed right away) This house is cute and affordable, Plenty of room for about 6 more if you ask me!...Nice pool & clean :) never tried Hot tub, hot enough outside! Shaun was always staying in contact with us... The only thing I would change about our stay is the weather, The storms! Would rent again if in area. Thanks Shaun, for being a kind & caring person!
