This exceptionally kept home is ready to welcome you! The kitchen and living area are the heart of the home and are designed for open concept living. There is a large kitchen island - super sociable if cooking at home - and glass sliding doors leading to the fully screened outdoor space, with a large grill and outdoor dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances, as well as smaller ones, including a toaster, blender, hot water kettle, coffee machine and Nespresso machine. It is fully set up for you.
The super comfortable sectional has electric recline and headrest functions and is perfect for a movie night with the large smart TV and fireplace. There is no cable access, but many streaming apps, so remember to bring your log in info for your favorite apps.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a glamorous backlit headboard, a large smart TV and well-appointed furnishings including a large dresser to store your clothing. You will find the separate closet located in the large master bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, and ample closet space to store your clothes. There is a TV in this room. The third bedroom has a full/double size bed, and can fit 2 people snugly, but maybe more comfortable for just one. This room plenty of closet space.
The master bathroom has plenty of space with a his and hers vanity, a beautifully designed walk-in shower, a separate toilet space and separate closet. The shared guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and towels and a hairdryer are provided.
If you need to get some work or schoolwork done, there is a desk with a printer for you in the hallway.
The Bosch washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet.
Please note that the garage is locked and not accessible to guests. The owners occasionally use this as their vacation home and use this room for their personal possessions.
This home is one half of a duplex, newly built (2020) in NE Cape Coral. There is parking on the driveway and you will need a car for this location. However, for those times when you don't feel like driving, there is Uber and Lyft.
We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owner and are available via Airbnb app and by phone or text anytime during your stay.
There will also be a comprehensive house manual at the property. Please feel free to contact us before your trip to ask any essential questions via the Airbnb app and we will be happy to answer them.
Our guest experience is important to us and we want to make sure the property and location are right for you and your expectations are met, to ensure a great vacation!
A top tip - the Cape can be confusing for drivers unfamiliar with the area, as there are so many canals and waterways. It may help to know that 'Streets' and 'Terraces' run east to west, and 'Avenues', 'Places' and 'Courts' run north to south. When looking for an address, be sure to have it correct. SW 15th Terrace, is in a completely different place from SW 15th Avenue, for example.
Also be aware that Veterans Parkway and Cape Coral Parkway bridges, that connect Fort Myers with Cape Coral, are toll bridges. Charges are done automatically and are around $2/car.
There is also a comprehensive Uber and Lyft network if you don't feel like driving.
You will have the house to completely to yourself, but we would like you to be aware that guests do not have access to the garage. This is kept locked (for the owners).

This is someone's home in a quiet neighborhood, please respect the neighbors and their children by quieting music and outdoor conversation before 8 am and after 10pm
Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.
We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.
Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests. Please be aware that the master bedroom and the garage are not accessible to guests and are kept locked for the owners.
Only sandy toes inside the house! Please leave shoes by the door.
