This stunning newly renovated two bedroom residence is located in the River District of Fort Myers and close to everything! We are located on a quiet residential street, walking distance to the Caloosahatchee River, with a backyard and patio that make for an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee while checking e-mails using our 1GB internet service. You are a short 20 min. drive south to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel, among many other tourist attractions nearby, like the Edison and Ford Estates & Golf courses, 3 miles up McGregor. There is a Publix, Walgreens, a neighborhood Market 4 mins away, along with numerous restaurants. It is close to everything, making it easy to plan your fun visit.
The Space:
The unit itself is two bedrooms and one bathroom, everything completely newly renovated. You will be among the very first people to enjoy this stunning residence. The unit sleeps up to 6 guests and is pet friendly for up to two dogs. The master bedroom features a king posturepedic bed and great flatscreen TV as well as walk in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen posturepedic mattress and has its own closet as well. The bathroom is located off of the living room and features a whoer/tub combo with frameless glass shower door.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features brand new appliances, sparkling quartz countertops, and makes a great place to prepare even the most gourmet of meals. The living room is very large and features a queen sleeper sofa and 55 inch flatscreen smart TV. The dining table is an extendable leaf table and can seat up to 4 people using the 2 chairs stationed at the table and the 2 additional chairs we keep in the closet. There is an in unit washer and dryer in the laundry room that is located to the left after walking in the front door. The patio is located through the door on the right side of the kitchen and is private and only for your unit. There is space for up to two vehicles on the right side of the driveway. Please note that the driveway is shared with the other unit located in this duplex (which is rented annually and currently not occupied at the time of this writing) and we reserve the left side of the driveway for tenants of the left unit in this duplex.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the 819 Indiana Avenue, which is the right side of the duplex located at 817-819 Indiana Avenue. They also enjoy full and private access to the patio, backyard, and laundry room which is not shared with the other unit.
The Neighborhood:
This residence is located in the fantastic River District of Fort Myers, which is lined with beautiful 60 foot tall Edison Palm Trees. You are located less than a 5 minute drive to Cape Coral, Downtown Fort Myers, and the Edison/Ford Estate and are also located less than 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.
