Has lots of potential
The house inside was clean, and the instructions for the check-in process were very straightforward. Big rooms and big bathrooms. Plenty of space for a big family. Good communication with the management. The home is very comfortable. Close to many amenities and a park. I love that management told us not to worry about the check-out, and to enjoy. However, there are a few things that need to be worked on. The outside grass was too tall for my fur baby to walk through (we texted management, and it was resolved by the next day). Landscaping is not as seen in the picture (plants at the entrance were covering part of it), and the mailbox does not have the house number. We arrived at night, as I had advised management, and it was so dark outside that it was hard to find the house. The kitchen pots and pans were not usable. The sofa was filthy and full of pet hair. We couldn't use the sofa for that reason. The fire pit was full of grass and could not be used. Again, the house has a lot of potential, and if it is upgraded (a little bit of TLC), I might give it another chance because it is a very comfortable house, and management was very responsive. Overall, we had a pleasant time.
