Everything about this place was great. Communication with the manager was excellent, the place is beautiful (pics actually don't do it justice, you have to see it) and it was located central to where we needed to be. Parking situation is excellent, between overnight street parking, if you can get it, and the lot a (very short Richmond) block down and one over. I'm trying to come up with more reasons to visit RVA so I can stay here again.
Do be aware that it is on the second floor up a LONG set of stairs, so maybe not appropriate for elderly or people with mobility problems.
Also, note that the kitchen is very small (good coffee maker and coffee pods) with no real stove, but a two-burner portable you can put on the small counter. We never needed to cook while we were there, so no biggie. Big clean refrigerator with coffee creamer, microwave and toaster-oven-style air fryer, dishwasher; everything else was spotless and great.
Main bedroom is quite big and set way back at the far end of the apartment, while the second BR is quite small and opens into the main area by the dining table. There are dressers but no closets.
Living area is awesome, with multiple separate areas, including a large office desk and chair in the front corner. Loved the design aesthetic of the whole place. High ceilings, very big windows so lots of light. exposed brick, and the renovation looks brand new. Nice.
