Open the front door to the Mishawaka Riverwalk nestled on the St. Joseph River. The beautiful large front porch with a gas fireplace overlooks Battell Park and is within walking distance to the best restaurants in the city (Biebs & Ash, Social Cantina, Sun King Brewery, and Jesus Latin Grill), and a quick 3-mile trip to Notre Dame Campus and Stadium! The Riverwalk connects 5 of Mishawaka's most visited parks that are home to splash pads, a public pool, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, bandshells, the prettiest walking paths, and more! You can even take a quick trip on the Riverwalk into South Bend! A stroll over the bridge brings you to Ironworks Plaza. In the Summer it's home to farmer's markets, live music, and the Biergarten serving Sun King Brews and unique food choices from Biebs & Ash. In the winter, Ironworks Plaza transforms into a winter wonderland of ice skating, ice bumper cars, and lots of hot chocolate. If you're a golfer, our beloved Eberhart-Petro Golf Course is 18 holes of well-manicured fairways with beautiful views of the St. Joseph River, which weaves its way through the middle of the course- only 1 mile away! If you are looking to branch out of the area, Lake Michigan's coastline is only 37 miles away and makes the perfect day trip. Visit local beaches from New Buffalo to St. Joseph, or tour the Makers trail and explore wineries and breweries.
