Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the sandy bottom, clear lake swimming with angler, big mouth bass, and spotted pickerel catfish. You'll be just about 30 miles from Silver Spring, Gainesville, the University of Florida, and Santa Fe College.

When hunger arises, head inside the light-filled interior and discover a well-equipped kitchen, ready to host all of your culinary ventures.

With its vaulted ceilings, dazzling lake views, and comfortable furnishings, you'll make this house feel like home in no time! Gather as a family in the comfortable living room where plush seating and a large TV await. The primary bedroom is accessible on the first floor and features plenty of sprawling space and a dazzling en suite bathroom with a marble walk-in shower and dual sinks.

Head up into the loft and you'll find a second bedroom and a bathroom.

End your day on the scenic patio where you can sip your favorite beverage and visit with those you love before dipping into the hot tub or gathering around the firepit for a s'more.

House Rules
- The owner lives on the property.
- Approximately 30 minutes from Gainesville airport
- The owner provides wood for the firepit.
- There are two kayaks, one paddle boat, and several pairs of adult and child lifejackets available for guest use.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
