GRILL
Please note that we have a grill! It is a 4 burner, propane powered grill. It is not in all the photos since it's new.

POOL DISCLAIMER
By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the pool is NOT supervised. Owners are not liable for any injury or death resulting from the usage of the pool. Please supervise children at all times.

HEATED POOL
Heated pool fee is $50 per night for the entire duration of your stay. Please request 72 hours prior to your stay. Please note that there is a pool cover. For the months of November - February, we advise guests to put the cover on overnight so that the pool temperature stays warm. If you do not use the pool cover, the pool will not reach above 80 degrees.

CABLE TV
Note that we do NOT offer cable. We have smart TVs in the home and you are welcome to sign into any streaming platform. There are streaming platforms where you can watch live TV including sports. We have instructions for this in our guidebook

SECURITY
We have installed a doorbell camera. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the back yard. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am
You can enter the house using our SmartLock. Your Pin will be given to you ahead of your check-in

HOUSE RULES
UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

NOTE: If you are booking your stay to have a small family or friend gathering under 8 people for a birthday, graduation, or anything else, please note this in your booking! We would love to host you for your celebration and will authorize small gatherings under the occupancy limit

GUEST VERIFICATION
We have partnered with Safely for our guest verification process. By choosing to stay with us, guests agree to the following statement: I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be requested to the host. I agree to complete screening requirements from SafelyStay, Inc. I understand that my booking is not confirmed until all guest verification requirements are met.

TRUST & SAFETY FEE (Damage Waiver)
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.

The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be found through Safely. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or
minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest and Moonrise Homes LLC will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.

INSURANCE
We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit Guest from traveling or fulfilling rental terms

When staying at Hatcher Haven, our home is tucked away at the end of the street, and you might be greeted with Quail, Doves, Hummingbirds, and Roadrunners! Our sun-lit home is designed to bring you relaxation, and our hope is that you leave our home with happy memories and lots of love for Arizona.

We now offer a heated pool option as of January 2024! Heated pool fee is $50 extra per night to cover the cost of utilities. Pool will not stay warm if you do not use the pool cover overnight. Please request 72 hours prior to booking.
