All five bedrooms are spacious and uniquely designed to fit the vibrant desert theme of this home. The huge master suite is stunning, with a king bed, seating area, smart TV, dedicated workspace, high vaulted ceilings, direct access to the backyard, and a master ensuite bathroom. Down the hall, you'll find three more bedrooms: two with one queen in each, and the other with two fulls. On the other end of the house (right off of the game room) is the fifth bedroom, which has 2 full beds (bunk bed).

You'll find three full bathrooms throughout the home. First, right off the master bedroom is the private master ensuite. This bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, a separate sitting vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

Right down the hallway is another full bathroom, which is shared by three other bedrooms. This bathroom has dual sinks, toilet, and a modern, walk-in shower. The last bathroom is private, accessible only from the fifth bedroom (with two full size beds). This bathroom has one sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower.

The kitchen & dining areas are beautifully done, and open right up to the rest of the entertainment areas of the home! The kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances (including a Keurig & coffee pods), two countertop seats, & a breakfast nook with seating for 4 more & a gorgeous view of the stunning backyard.

Right around the corner, the dining room seats 8 more comfortably, with tall, vaulted ceilings and a unique grass wall. This fun dining room looks out to one of the game rooms, with pool table & all other entertainment!

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!
