An ideal destination for a getaway with friends or family, this quiet neighborhood boasts a convenient location near the beach and includes a host of on-site features like a community center, a skatepark, and a regularly scheduled farmers' market. Ocean Downs Casino is six miles from the home and Ocean City is only nine miles away. Guests can also access one of the five Ocean Pines pools by paying the non-resident fee ($15 per person) at the gate.

At home, enjoy the waterfront views and bay breezes while kicking back on the screened porch. There's a small private dock for launching kayaks or paddleboards.

Vaulted ceilings, strong natural lighting, and an open layout create an inviting space for family gatherings inside. An array of comfortable seating and a smart TV provide everything you need for comfortable home entertainment and leisure. Updated features and appliances combine for stress-free meal prep in the well-appointed full kitchen. All three bedrooms are located downstairs. There's also a dedicated desk for any remote work needs. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
