When you aren't splashing in the turquoise water of the saltwater private pool (not heated), check out Yancey Park, the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts, Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park, and of course, the area's many popular eateries, and shops.

Surrounded by palms and shrouded in sunshine, this cozy home is the picture of pure peace. When you aren't dining out, whip up culinary creations in the galley kitchen amongst the ample meal prep space and updated appliances.

After eating, gather in the comfortable living room and stream your favorite TV shows and movies. The bedrooms are equally bright and spacious, ensuring everyone's comfort. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

As evening dawns on another day, head outside where the furry members of your family can stretch their legs, and you can enjoy the radiant hues of the evening's sunset.

Things to Know


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
