Exactly what you expect

Leonardo is an excellent host. We had a minor issue with the pool and when I reached out Leonardo immediately responded and had someone there within an hour. The property isn't perfect but it made me feel more comfy having my kids there! The neighbors partied a good bit so it could get loud at times but overall that was a minor complaint and not in anyway in control of the host. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!

Overall Good play but Great HOST

We really enjoyed the place there issues that came up that were out of his control but the way he Handled it OMGEE I was floored. The microwave went out and we discovered it the first day. I was really just contacting the host to let him know but he overnighted a new and better one and it was on the porch the next morning. That’s the type of host you’re getting here. My children and I were in town visiting my sick mother and this place made that part easy. I’ll definitely be coming to stay on my next visit. Thank you for every thing

Family Getaway

When we arrived, check-in was a breeze. We were able to get in and get settled very quickly and relax a bit before heading out for dinner. The location of the home is fantastic as everything you need is practically just around the corner. Everything from grocery stores to restaurants to pretty much any store you can think of, is right there for your convenience. The neighbors are super friendly which is always a plus. The house itself is nice and roomy and well laid out. We all enjoyed the pool and the family room, which is where we spent most of our time. The beds are SUPER comfy, and they were hard to leave honestly. All in all, we were very pleased with everything this home had to offer. The property owner was top notch and always replied and got back to me almost instantly with all the answers to my many questions. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We will definitely be back!

So much potential

I really wanted to fall in love with this property as I frequently travel to the area for work- but it has a tiny way to go for me. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, there is obvious water damage to the floors in the kitchen and by the backdoor, and the cleaning was average. None of the mattresses had covers on them, just sheets. However the location is great! It’s a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major roads and necessities nearby. The living room was awesome for lounging. This is a new listing as of the time of my stay, and the owner was incredibly responsive to my messages- super nice guy. This place has charm, you just have to let it grow on you. Also did not use the pool as it was littered with leaves and pine straw upon our arrival.

Hot tub and pool had leaves and branches, not a big deal but there was garbage in the backyard, old inflatables that were popped, coke bottle, a popped beach ball in a tree, none of the metal outdoor chairs in the back yard had cushions the ones by the front were torn up and very old, tv outside did not work, wine glass and towel left in backyard by pool as well, unable to turn hot tub on,

I stayed at this home in Jacksonville, FL this past weekend, and unfortunately the property did not meet expectations. While the house itself has potential and the pool was usable, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable.The pool floor wasn’t terribly dirty, but it looked unkept and could have been cleaned better. The landscaping around the pool area was very overgrown, with weeds covering the walkways, which made the outdoor space feel neglected. The listing advertised a hot tub, but when we arrived it was only half-filled, very dirty, and not functional.Inside the home, cleanliness was a major concern. The walls and baseboards were noticeably dirty, the floors showed signs of water damage, and the kitchen was not well-maintained. We found dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, kitchen cabinets filled with random junk, and the refrigerator itself needed cleaning. On top of that, the bathrooms had very low water pressure, which made showering inconvenient.Overall, the house could be a nice rental if it were given a deep cleaning and better upkeep, but in its current condition it falls short of what was promised in the listing. Future guests should be aware of these issues until the property is better maintained.

Checking in was great let us in early, pool was dirty when arrived sent someone to clean right away . Inside the house could’ve been cleaner, food was left in fridge old shampoos and soap still in bathroom. Also alot of ant, we get that happens but had to rinse tub and sink daily with them.’

Communication from the property manager was great. The house had a lot of trash outside and some inside, trash in the yard, broken chairs, the patio table was rusted and leaning. Inside we found trash around the couch, you could see trash round the beds. So first thing I did was clean up the yard. Only major issue we had was while gone we came back and someone was at the house, they left and when we went to the door it was unlocked. We told the manager and he addressed it but that was a huge deal with us. The other thing was pool guy showed up and we wish we would have known about it cause we was outside enjoying the pool. Didn’t take him long but still been nice to know. Same with mowing crew. Just a heads up. The pool table was a foosball table that turned into a table and it was broken. Lots of board games, the arcade game was dance revolution that didn’t work. Appliances were nice and new. Internet was fast. A lot of the rooms didn’t have working light bulbs. One room the light bulb was in the fixture just laying there. Floor was still damaged and lots of gapes. Shower has no presssure for hot water. Hot tub worked one night and couldn’t get it hot but it was our last night and maybe pool boy did something to it. Idk. The house across the street was trashy. The rest of the houses looked fine. Overall we made memories and had a good time.

Overall Okay but not what I expected

Our stay wasn't bad. It wasn't what I expected, but we made it work. It's a 3 bedroom house but it's listed as a 4 bedroom. Cleanliness was so so, it wasn't horrible just not what I expected. We were unable to use the jacuzzi because it was dirty. Very unappealing. The pool was fine my daughters enjoyed themselves. The Mr. Mesquita was great he answered any questions and concerns. Overall it wasn't a bad stay. Cool for families.

Received a text the morning of checking saying it would be cleaned prior to arrival. It was not. Cobwebs at the door lock told us it hadn't been opened in a long time. House was dirty. Hot tub did not work. Pool was dirty and filter was clogged with debris. The Game Room was definitely not that. Games were broken or missing pieces. Tv was pixeled and had no good pic (was dark and all red towned to boot). We checked out the next day askibg for a refund. Only only responded with house and pool can be cleaned. No refund given. Well I was told it'd be clean prior to arrival so we left..not staying and paying for a place we can't do anything at while it rained. I'll be chatting with VRBO if no refund given by owner. Steer clear of this one. Wish we'd seen the bad review this past Feb (probably last time it was rented out) prior to renting a year ago.

Lots of space and lots of potential

Lots of comfy space to spread out. Beds very comfortable. Biggest disappointment was that we booked this to use the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub didn’t get cleaned till Thursday and the hot tub we found out had the heater on order for it. So we didn’t use either. The owner did a small reimbursement since we weren’t able to use them.

You get what you pay for

Neighborhood is quite but looks dangerous. Overall the place was filthy. Pool and hot tub should not even be part of the listing since you can't use it(dirty and half full). Only one bathroom had water pressure. I would not bring a family here.

Leonardo was fantastic! He was very communicative, and his place was perfect for me and my 2 sons trip to see the Jets vs. Jaguars game. The We will be back! ace was clwan and well kept.
