A Few Things To Note To Make Your Vacation More Fun.....

As a Guest of this exceptional property, you'll have access to a range of fantastic amenities. Take a dip in the sparkling Pirates pool, unwind in the relaxing spa, or stay active at the fitness center. The well-maintained grounds provide a tranquil setting with beautifully landscaped gardens and walking paths.

There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the condo upon check out including E-cigarettes'. Absolutely no smoking allowed in this pool. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed.

Additionally cleaning fees apply if the condominium is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.

We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit includes garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, keurig pods, etc.

There is an Airfryer with a detailed cookbook for your convenience.

There is a locked owner's closet located in the villa.  This is used to store owner's items.  Guests have no access to this closet.  There is however lots of closets and storage in the villa.

Pets Restrictions

We allow pets up to 30 pounds, subject to the home owners approval.  We will need vaccine status and you will need to read and accept our pet policies..  Pets are not allowed in the beds or on couches or chairs unless you bring your own blankets and sheets to spread over these items before the pet goes on them.  There is a pet deposit of $200 plus $30 per day per pet.  Limit 2 pets per household.  Pets should not be left alone in the home unless in a crate.  Fees  may apply if there is excessive shedding or anything chewed or destroyed by your pet.

It is our pleasure to accept your group and your Service Dog.  Please let us know the following before checking in if you are travelling with a Service Dog legally allowed by the ADA .

1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2.  What work or task had the dog being trained to perform and will the dog be left in the home by itself at anytime during your stay?

We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit.  Guest remains liable for all and any damages caused by people or dog .  

Under the ADA , service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or individual's disability prevents using these devices.  In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls.  The animal must be under control  of the handler at all times therefore never left alone in the home.

If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal.  we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to the government authorities and evict the guest (s) without further notice.   In the latter case there will be no right to a refund or unused rent.
In 2022, both Airbnb and Airlines no longer treat Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals.  If you have a ESA, please filter search for pet friendly properties only.  Our home will not be a fit for ESA,

We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest over the age of 18 years old.
