Start and end each day enjoying peaceful water views from your private balcony. Community amenities include a pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, game room, and a volleyball court. Highlands Reserve Golf Course is less than a mile away, and other renowned courses like ChampionsGate and Orange Lake are within a six-mile radius. All the Disney parks are less than 10 miles away. Groceries and convenient dining options can be found within walking distance of the condo.

Back at the condo, 21st-century living abounds with all-new furnishings and appliances equipped throughout the space. Full-size stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee each day they are on the property at the front desk. Up to eight wristbands may be acquired to access the resort.
Reservations will require a $100 incidental hold to be placed on a credit/debit card at check-in to secure the return of wristbands and pool towel cards. Upon check-out, the hold will be returned to the card on file within three to ten business days, depending on the card type.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
