Welcome to Ocean Serenity! Spacious one story quiet and clean home. There are beautiful ocean views from almost every window. Our home is located on a quiet street, with panoramic windows facing the ocean. The backyard is private with a forested hill behind. The secluded front deck is a perfect place to enjoy the sunshine while reading a good book, (from the house's library) or taking an afternoon siesta. A short path in the backyard leads to a private viewing deck to enjoy the gorgeous ocean sunsets.

Toes in the sand is a quick two blocks away and hiking the Knoll trail is about four blocks from the house. The Knoll Trail has many avenues, one leading up to the Knoll Lookout with a panoramic view of Devil's Lake and the coastline. Another avenue is to hike the trail to God's Thumb, which leads you to a magnificent view up and down the coastline.

The well stocked kitchen is a cook's delight, or, take it easy and enjoy any of the many yummy places to eat in Lincoln City or one of the neighboring coastal towns. For your morning cup of coffee you have your choice of a single cup Keurig, Melita Pour Over or a programmable Coffee Maker. The large dining room is great for sharing a meal, playing a game, crafting, or putting together one of the many puzzles in the game closet. The dining room boasts a gas stove (fireplace) perfect for a cool winter morning, while cozying up in the comfortable oversized chair with your cup of coffee watching the waves roll in.

The roomy living room has three sofas, great for conversation, reading or watching a movie. It is also a great place to just sit and enjoy the amazing ocean views and abundant wildlife. You are sure to see one of the many neighborhood deer that freely roam the street.

The jacuzzi tub is a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing, beachcombing, hiking or just about anytime you want to relax in the tranquil warmth of your private spa.

The King Size Bedroom leads to the backyard with another private deck, great for conversation while sipping your morning coffee. Two Queen Size beds in second bedroom with ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi tub. One bed in this room is a Queen Size Futon with a memory foam mattress. All beds are new, including a Queen Size Hide A Bed in living room with Memory Foam mattress.
