The dining room, which overviews the entire pool and wide terrace has a large open show kitchen for efficient and seamless service if you enjoy preparing a delicious meal for friends and family. The dining table with panoramic views right next to the kitchen comfortably welcomes 10 guests.

SWIM
The 10 x 4 M salt water pool stretches along the entire length of the living lounge and show kitchen and invites guest for a refreshing plunge. For little guests, the pool has its own shallow area as a playground.

SLEEP
Three of the four comfortable bedrooms have full sea views and are at the upper level of the villa wit a fabulous balcony around the whole building. This is an ideal place to backdrop with a glass of wine in the evening. The master bedroom has its own large TV and sitting in case you want to isolate from the rest of the party for a while. Bedroom four is separate on the lounge level with a bathroom just next to it and perfect for an elderly guest to avoid stairs in the villa.

Within just a few minutes drive everything from shopping to local and also fancy restaurants and beach clubs is easy to reach.
