When your toes aren't dug into the warm sand, check out Edisto Beach State Park, Burley L. Lyons Park, and one of the numerous local eateries. For fun-filled day trips, head up the road to the historical and vibrant city of Charleston.

Sunkissed and happy, head back inside the modern farmhouse interior where you will instantly take notice of the spacious living room. Adorned with soft seating, a large TV, and a work desk -- this space is ready to entertain your family with movie marathons or game nights. The kitchen is a chef’s dream -- boasting commercial-grade appliances, quartz countertops, a sprawling breakfast bar, and all the amenities to create a fine dining experience for all. The adjacent chef's pantry/kitchen gleams with its solid countertops, appliances, and enough shelving to store anything you need for your stay. Dining as a family will come naturally at the formal dining table. An oversized porch swing (a guest favorite) will invite you to chill while you take in the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.

With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, everyone in your family is sure to be content with the Ruku TVs, high-quality linens, inviting color palettes, and nods to nautical living. In the bathrooms find excellent features such as walk-in showers, dual sinks, and solid countertops. A private outdoor shower is available for when you need to rinse off before heading in.

Back outside, fire up the gas grill in the 'Pirates' galley' and enjoy hosting a sweet summer barbecue while being surrounded by the spacious backyard.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A pool is being constructed and will be ready in spring 2025.
Please respect the island, the house, and the neighbors.
The elevator is for your convenience. Please do not allow children to play on it. It is intended to provide accommodations and to transport luggage.
The bedrooms are on the first floor and the kitchen/dining/family rooms are on the second floor.
No cars or golf carts are to be driven in the backyard.
The fireplace is for owner’s use only.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Owner has installed 2 cameras. One points out to the driveway, front of the house and under house entry door. One on lower back porch capturing the back entry staircase.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
