Spend an afternoon in the shade of the covered deck and watch the gulls and pelicans fill the sky while enjoying a good read. Great restaurants and shops are an easy stroll away. Everything you could need for a classic beach vacation is here. Bask in the relaxation that only Edisto can offer and forget about the rest.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Girls Trip 2024

Great Location - Great Deck

The location is fantastic. The view, deck and rocking chairs made the visit. The home is a little long in the tooth and in need of significant upgrades. Lose handrails made it difficult for my elderly parents to walk up the stairs. The shower heads barely pushed any water out of them. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Our biggest overall concern was the vents from the AC system seemed to have black mold growing around the edges. It should probably get looked at.

Much needed week long getaway.

The Sea Plus is in a n excellent location, the house is well equipped with cookware and essentials. The back porch with the rocking chairs is perfect for relaxing day and night. The people you meet are very friendly and offer warm welcoming smiles. This is our 2nd trip to the Sea Plus house and we will be back next year.

A roomy stay for a large group

Sea Plus is a cute cottage with lots of room for a large group. The beach front property with direct access to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Though the property and furniture are a bit dated, it has a quaint, comfortable feel as though you are staying with a favorite grandparent. It was extremely well equipped and very comfortable for our group if eleven people.

Sea Plus is Perfect

Perfect beach cottage, had everything we needed including an amazing view and walk out to the beach. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all you could ever ask for? Was a wonderful get away for my family and we will certainly book again.

Perfect Beach house that produced RELAXATION

Great house situated right on the beach, made our life so easy with three little ones. We were able to walk right out on the beach each morning, have coffee on the porch in the morning while watching dolphins and shrimp boats. Very pleased with the house and accomodations.

Beautiful porch with stunning views

Beautiful beach cottage...great set up. There is a Keurig machine! Very well set up for a large crowd...the rocking chairs sold me of this beach house.

Clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this house again. It has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. We give it two thumbs up! PS The blinds need to be replaced in some of the rooms-they no longer open or close properly.

Beach Vacation

The house is a few steps from the beach. The back porch had plenty of room and plenty of rocking chairs. We all enjoyed sitting on the back porch enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. If it rains, you can still sit on the back porch and watch the ocean. Dolphins came by every morning and afternoon. Shopping and restaurants are within a couple of miles. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils.

Great Girls Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Plus is a charming home! We loved the openness of the den/kitchen, the kitchen is nicely updated and well stocked. We spent most of our time on the back porch that has the perfect amount of shade and sun to go along with the wonderful ocean breeze! It was the perfect place for a quick girls getaway!

Quite nice weekend

The only negative was the “processing fee” which was greater than the rent due. Not afraid to pay what the full asking price is, just wont use Vacasa again due to the shade.

Good Enough!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a great trip! House was bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise! The layout worked really well for our family (for reference 2 families, with 5 young kids). Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. The house itself was definitely dated and could use some updating (sp the bathrooms and mattresses). The house was clean enough, definitely sandy upon arrival but not terrible. It worked well for our family with young kids, we were not constantly chasing after our them or having to worry that they would break something! The deck and proximity to the beach were definitely the highlight of the house! Botany Bay was our favorite local attraction (just make sure to check the tide schedule before going).

Best of the beach

Ocean front-very close to waters edge. Great porch with large overhang for shade. Well stocked kitchen. The four bedrooms-two on each side of the house with a bathroom separating each pair of rooms.
