Cette maison spectaculaire est à 3 minutes à pied de la plage, à quelques pas de la piste cyclable pittoresque, et la distance de marche de Whaley, élu l'un des 25 meilleurs fruits de mer Dives, par Coastal Living Magazine.

Ce paradis spacieuse dispose d'un grand séjour / salle à manger / cuisine combinaison, parfaite pour les réunions de famille et recevoir des amis.

La maison dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 1 bain et demi, une cabine de douche extérieure, et pourra accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes. 4ème chambre est située en bas avec entrée séparée. Lit tailles comprennent un roi, deux reines, l'un des jumeaux, et un lit superposé.

Il ya une grande terrasse pour se détendre, bronzer, divertissant, et salle à manger. Un porche d'écran supplémentaire fournit un endroit parfait pour manger ou simplement se détendre avec une boisson tout en profitant de la brise.

La zone sous abri dispose d'un hamac pour deux personnes, deux chaises hamac et une balançoire, tout en offrant suffisamment d'espace pour le stationnement. Il est un bien locatif parfait pour toute la famille get away.

Désolé, pas d'animaux et la maison est non-fumeur.

Wonderful Week!

Our entire family enjoyed our week here. None of us, including the two year old, wanted to live. The house was extremely clean, perhaps the cleanest house we have stayed in to date. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The pool and outdoor area was a wonderful spot for the entire family to come together to relax and cook each evening. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Packing a wagon and walking to the beach each day was so easy. Many of us enjoyed hopping on the bike trail behind the house to ride bike or walk. We didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back!

Family vacation

Great location! The house is beautiful and parts of it have been recently updated. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils, small appliances, etc. We have stayed two years in a row. We especially love the pool, bunk beds, and proximity to the bike path!

Property owner went above and beyond

The property was in a great location and we loved having a pool. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the owner was immediately on top of the situation and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location and layout of the house, also the pool, swings, and lots of outdoor seating. Also enjoyed the bike trail right behind the house. Would stay again!

Great location ! Perfect for couples with kids!

We had such a great time at “A beach bums paradise “ the location is awesome. The house is clean with lots of space ! The outdoor shower is amazing after a Long Beach day, and a great porch for laughs with friends and cocktails!

First Edisto trip

Perfectly located on the bike path that the kids loved! Very short walk to the beach which was also very convenient. Clean home with plenty of space on the patio and underneath the deck to hang out. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice house, great location

Everything about the house was as described and seen in the photographs- clean, nicely decorated, close to the beach, lots of bathrooms, and bike path right in the back yard. We went at Thanksgiving and I was pleased with the well-equipped kitchen.

Our group of friends enjoyed the house greatly! We were not aware the 4th bedroom was downstairs and unattached to the main house, but overall the house was great. We loved the decorations!

Great stay

The property was as listed. Clean and comfortable. Convenient location to beach and bike path. Lots of deer around. Pool was fun. Was able to sit outside without a ton of bugs, so must have some type of bug control.

We had a outstanding week. The house was perfect for my family . The grandkids loved the pool. The beach was just a block away. A short walk or golf cart ride. We will definitely be back in the future.

Good time

We spent a long weekend at this property with family including 3 small children. Communication was great throughout the stay and very responsive. Pool was a great feature. Only thing to note is there are no interior stairs to bottom level bedroom.

The pool was dirty when we got there. They cleaned the pool. All of 5 min. Still dirty after they left. The downstairs bedroom only had 1 ac vent, the shower needs replaced, the mattress needs to be replaced, if you layed on the you rolled to the middle of the bed. The back sliding door needs replaced, it sounds like it's thundering every time you open or close it

Beach Bum's Nightmare!!!!

This was the worst place and experience my family has ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE! All of these great reviews on here must be close friends of the owners. To start off with the house was very dirty and the house smelled horrible and old smelling. There was dirt all over the floors and the bathtubs were dirty. We called the owners and they are horrible to deal with. He sent the cleaners there the next day after my mother and my sister spent 2 hours cleaning and the owner tells me that the cleaners said it was clean. Really, that is because we did their work for them. He would not refund us the cleaning fee for our hassle of cleaning their dirty property. His response was that his cleaning people would not lie. Next they had the air set on 75 degrees in the house. The kids bedroom is about 10 degrees hotter because it was installed wrongly by the owner probably. The owner kept telling us he would send the air man out and if nothing was wrong with WE would be CHARGED??????? He knew the whole time that room was hotter. He had his thermostat with a lock on it that would stay at 75 degrees and it took a day to finally get him to lower it for us. I have never stayed somewhere where you are not able to lower the air below 75 degrees. They advertise as 4 bedrooms but it really is 3 rooms upstairs. The 4th bedroom is downstairs and there is no carpet down there only concrete floors and it smells like mold or water damage down there. My parents had to bring their mattress upstairs to sleep because it was so bad down there. They also saw spiders crawling on the wall. What was so awful about this experience was that the homeowners called my family a neat freak because we complained about the dirtyness. I think they are new at this and will not succeed if they treat their tennants like this. Three weeks after my stay the owner also tells me that I am not getting my security deposit back and I owe more money for damages that I was unaware of. These people are very dishonest people. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Pack Your Patience, Your Pool Boy, Bath Mats, and a Mop.

They hook you with the pool. While the pool was an absolute blast for the kids, it needed some much needed cleaning before our arrival and even during our stay. Yes, I'm aware that normal debris will accumulated in the pool during the week however not having access to a pool skimmer to clean the surface and remove said debris during the stay isn't ideal. All brushes and skimmers for the pool are locked up leaving the renter to come up with a way to skim the debris and bugs from the water every day. The pool was supposedly cleaned on Sunday (we arrived on Saturday) however the skimmer baskets weren't emptied at all and the property owners only gave a mere explanation that the pool would be cleaned again on Saturday--the day of departure. Kicking back to check-in: the cleaning crew arrived 20 minutes prior to our 3/pm check-in time. Granted, we were 20 minutes early but they cleaned up until 4/pm leaving 3 adults and 3 kids stranded under the house in the heat to await their completion of the cleaning. Kick it forward to the night of check-in and I noticed that ALL of our feet were black from walking around on the floors and I'm not talking about the cement. I'm talking about the floors in the house. Mind you--the cleaning crew was just out earlier to clean the house. I'm not sure if mopping or cleaning the floors were included. I had to wash the kids' feet each night AGAIN before bed even AFTER they supposedly came out a second time to "clean the floors". I highly recommend the home owners block out time for the floors to undergo a DEEP CLEAN and suggest the cleaning company use something other than a Swiffer Sweeper Mop. I should have took a review I read to heart. It was about the floors and no bath mats. The listing specifically states that the home is equipped with bath mats. They are not. Luckily I packed bath mats just on the in case the review was correct. Also, if you like to hear a toilet run or don't want the toilet to flush, I highly suggest you stay in the master bedroom with the king bed or the downstairs room. And if you love the smell of sewer, walk into the kitchen or stay in the master. One more thing--the room with the bunk-beds and twin bed: First, the mattress pads, blankets, and comforters were NOT cleaned. And then there's the matter of the twin mattress standing up between the twin bed and the bunkbeds--YUCK.

Edisto Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We look forward to our Edisto Beach week vacation ever year. This house was a fan favorite. The pool, while a little warm thanks to the hot SC June days, was a nice bonus. The house was perfect for our family and friends. Very well decorated and lots of storage, clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We hope to book again very soon!
