Cette maison spectaculaire est à 3 minutes à pied de la plage, à quelques pas de la piste cyclable pittoresque, et la distance de marche de Whaley, élu l'un des 25 meilleurs fruits de mer Dives, par Coastal Living Magazine.

Ce paradis spacieuse dispose d'un grand séjour / salle à manger / cuisine combinaison, parfaite pour les réunions de famille et recevoir des amis.

La maison dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 1 bain et demi, une cabine de douche extérieure, et pourra accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes. 4ème chambre est située en bas avec entrée séparée. Lit tailles comprennent un roi, deux reines, l'un des jumeaux, et un lit superposé.

Il ya une grande terrasse pour se détendre, bronzer, divertissant, et salle à manger. Un porche d'écran supplémentaire fournit un endroit parfait pour manger ou simplement se détendre avec une boisson tout en profitant de la brise.

La zone sous abri dispose d'un hamac pour deux personnes, deux chaises hamac et une balançoire, tout en offrant suffisamment d'espace pour le stationnement. Il est un bien locatif parfait pour toute la famille get away.

Désolé, pas d'animaux et la maison est non-fumeur.

Our host was great! Always replied promptly if I had a question ! The pool and patio area was great.. lots of seating and tables for entire family. The downstairs bedroom and bath is not accessible from inside house .. had to enter from outside.. we did not use it because of this. Great location and short walk to beach on the bike path which we enjoyed for walks and biking

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We look forward to our Edisto Beach week vacation ever year. This house was a fan favorite. The pool, while a little warm thanks to the hot SC June days, was a nice bonus. The house was perfect for our family and friends. Very well decorated and lots of storage, clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We hope to book again very soon!

We had such a great time at “A beach bums paradise “ the location is awesome. The house is clean with lots of space ! The outdoor shower is amazing after a Long Beach day, and a great porch for laughs with friends and cocktails!

First Edisto trip

Perfectly located on the bike path that the kids loved! Very short walk to the beach which was also very convenient. Clean home with plenty of space on the patio and underneath the deck to hang out. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location! The house is beautiful and parts of it have been recently updated. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils, small appliances, etc. We have stayed two years in a row. We especially love the pool, bunk beds, and proximity to the bike path!

The property was in a great location and we loved having a pool. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the owner was immediately on top of the situation and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

A great week!

This is our second year in a row staying at the house and it is perfect for our group. The bedrooms are great for the adults and the bunk room is great for the kids. The pool is a wonderful feature as well! The check in and out process is a breeze!

Nice house, great location

Everything about the house was as described and seen in the photographs- clean, nicely decorated, close to the beach, lots of bathrooms, and bike path right in the back yard. We went at Thanksgiving and I was pleased with the well-equipped kitchen.

Wonderful Week!

Our entire family enjoyed our week here. None of us, including the two year old, wanted to live. The house was extremely clean, perhaps the cleanest house we have stayed in to date. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The pool and outdoor area was a wonderful spot for the entire family to come together to relax and cook each evening. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Packing a wagon and walking to the beach each day was so easy. Many of us enjoyed hopping on the bike trail behind the house to ride bike or walk. We didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back!

We are thrilled that the entire family—including the two-year-old!—had such a wonderful week and didn't want to leave. Weekend Stay

Our group of friends enjoyed the house greatly! We were not aware the 4th bedroom was downstairs and unattached to the main house, but overall the house was great. We loved the decorations!

Great Week

We had a outstanding week. The house was perfect for my family . The grandkids loved the pool. The beach was just a block away. A short walk or golf cart ride. We will definitely be back in the future.

We love that it offers the perfect balance of seclusion with easy access to the vibrant culture and dining options of Charleston, just a short drive away.

We've carefully updated the house to make it perfect for our family, and we hope you’ll feel right at home, too. The addition of a private pool is a guest favorite, offering a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. We’ve also added solar panels to be more environmentally conscious and a sun deck that’s ideal for watching the sunset or enjoying morning coffee.

Our location is another standout feature—right on the Edisto bike trail, so you can easily explore the island on two wheels, and just a short walk to Whaley’s, one of the best local restaurants for fresh seafood. It’s these little touches—along with our ongoing commitment to make the space as comfortable and enjoyable as possible—that make our home a special place to stay!
