Don’t recommend this property, and it’s hard to believe this can be listed as one. Small one bedroom unit that has multiple shared walls and a shared locked door. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on throughout. The owner lists a strict 10pm curfew, but other tenants don’t apply and can be as loud as they want. Next door neighbors dog was barking all through the night, with a shared wall it’s hard to block that out. You’re seriously at the mercy of your Nextdoor neighbors… I reached out to the owner about our issues and had 0 reply-they don’t seem to care at all. Cherry on the cake-we arrived at check in at 4pm and the cleaners asked us to come back later when they were finished. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Clean and convenient unit!

We stayed a weekend at this studio unit. It was very clean, had everything we needed. It’s obviously a bit older but the interior and updates that have been done made it feel nice and cozy. It didn’t smell weird or have any dingy fixtures. The first night, the water heater was off - and housed in adjoining unit. The manager was very prompt and took care of it right away. We didn’t have to wait around for it to be turned back on, and we really appreciated that. You can hear the neighboring guests through the walls, and smell the food they cook… but we just turned the AC on to muffle the sound for a bit. There’s a portable AC, that was a bit loud - but we just ran it mostly during the day while it was warm out, and opened the windows at night to let colder air inside. It was so quiet at night that we had no issues sleeping with the windows open. Bed was comfortable, a little bouncy but well outfitted w plenty of clean sheets blankets and pillows. The location is super convenient and near everything we planned to do. Especially the golf course - so nice that you can walk to it, or drive over w your gear in 1 minute. The studio grounds are super clean and tidy, flower gardens were beautiful, and it was so quiet at night and early in the morning. Daytime was very active w the people around but nothing sketchy or disturbing was going on here at all. Checking in and out was so simple. Emails were thorough and the manger was so helpful. Definitely a pleasant experience.
