The loft does not have its own parking stall
Parking:
$17/day: Bastion Square Parkade across the street @ 575 Yates St (free evenings after 8 pm - 8 am and all day Sundays)
$4/hour: all meters 8 am-8 pm 7 days a week (free during evenings)
-Due to limited space the ceiling in the upstairs loft is height restricted. Roughly 5 FT for height access
-The loft is accessible by utilizing our fun but particular winding staircase. Not meant for super tall adults or people with climbing challenges.

Guests have full access to the unit. Prior to checking in, we will provide a door code that will give you access to the unit and fobs.
The unit can be accessed at all times either via the keypad lock. Please use your FOB to access the entry point to the building as well as the elevator.
Guests also have access to the courtyard on the ground level. Garbage and recycling is located in the outbuilding.
The rooftop Patio with BBQ can be accessed by taking the stairs on the 3rd floor. Head down the hall and take a right. Go through the door and up the stairs. Voila, you've reached the rooftop patio.
Our Treehouse Loft has many unique and authentic accents throughout the living space. Upon entry, you will feel the warm ambiance from the historic brick. The beautiful wood accents and hand-painted one-of-a-kind artwork. The space has been created and put together with lovely thought and creativity.

Bedroom
Leading up a winding staircase guests will find the cool and quirky bedroom which features a queen Endy mattress, towering above the rest of the unit. Cute and fun for many, we do advise the bedroom is height restricted and so may not be suitable for the elderly or those with mobility problems.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: THE LOFT IS 5 FT. THERE IS A SPIRAL STAIRCASE TO THE LOFT, IF YOU ARE 5'10 AND TALLER YOU MAY FEEL SLIGHTLY CHALLENGED.
Bathroom
3-piece modern bathroom with a shower/tub combo and toiletries provided including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Freshly laundered towels are of course provided!
Kitchen
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for yourself and loved one. Stocked with pots, pans, and cooking basics including, salt, pepper, spices, and oil. And to make your cooking experience even more fun, you can play your favourite tunes on our speaker and dance along whilst you sizzle and stir!
Lounge/living space
Our cloud sofa is so cosy and plush you’ll feel like you’re floating on air. Grab your snacks, a tasty beverage and choose your favourite film for a relaxing movie night in! We provide access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+, so you certainly won’t be short of options. NOTE: every now and then a guest logs out of our programs and into their own. If this happens please let us know and we will be happy to log back in for you

For those attractions that aren't so close:
- Victoria Harbour Water Taxies: Hop on and off at numerous points around the city's historic harbour. Be sure to check out the pickle boat ballet in the summer months.
- Transit: The public bus system will take you from the BC Ferries Schwartz Bay terminal to within 5 minutes walking distance of our place. Get bus #70 from the ferry terminal and get off at the 'Douglas and Cormorant' stop.
- Victoria Airport: No bus services here, so best to get to and from via taxi or shuttle bus.
- Cycling - The building is right near the Galloping Goose bicycle trail. At 60 km (36 miles) long, it connects downtown Victoria to Sooke. The trail is incredibly scenic, with access to many beautiful sites like Matheson Lake Park, East Sooke Park, Spirit Bay Park, Sooke Potholes Park, etc.
Bicycles can be rented at numerous locations nearby, such as MEC, North 48, Ride the Glide (for electric bicycles), etc.
