We recently retired and were looking for a place in NC for a month with our pet.
The house was clean and the pictures accurately represent the house. We liked the subdivision and Youngsville was nice (few small shops). We really enjoyed Wake Forest and were very close to it. While we were there, sod was put into the back yard which made it nice for our pet (however that was in our last week).
Since we were staying a month, a few things would have been nice to have – more silverware (3 non plastic wasn’t enough), more dishtowels (1 wasn’t enough), scratch free pans, baking pans, more cooking utensils (spatula, working vegetable peeler), broom, and a toaster. If you aren’t staying a month – these things might not be important tho.
Another suggestion is to improve communication – we were surprised seeing folks in the back yard working for a few days – they also blocked us in the garage multiple times and we had to ask them to move their vehicles over and over so we could leave. A heads-up that there would be people working around the house close to the windows would have been nice.
