We stayed one night at this location with another couple. Place was very nice with a few drawbacks. First, the security at the place was difficult to find. Entrance and exiting into the parking garage was a nightmare. I did not find instructions on how to get into the parking garage but there is a gray box that requires the RFID card. Our card didn't work and neither did the security officer's. After about 45 minutes, 3 trips to security desk, and 4 trips around the block, we were finally able to park. We then proceeded to our room on the 17th floor where we tried our key, which didn't work. Another trip down to the security desk yielded another trip up and back down so they knew we weren't kidding. They then found the keys they gave us were incorrect. This was especially frustrating as we were trying to get a head start on the day as we were in town for basketball games. The next morning, our friends tried to leave the parking garage but couldn't without the key. We had the key because we were going to breakfast nearby. They were stuck again with security trying to get them out again with no luck. They were there a half hour before they could get out of the garage. Eventually another car came and let them out. They were late to their breakfast. My final complaint was with the bed. They are what seemed to be a knock off memory foam that you sink into and struggle move after sinking in. Other than these two issues, the place and communication were great.
