Beachside Comfort - 2bd/2ba!

You, your friends, and family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Truly beachside, just grab your towel, flip-flops, cooler, and you’re done. There are 3 pools on the property, one is indoors and heated, plus a gym, sauna, grills and more.

When hunger strikes, there’s plenty of food around. Thirsty friends have plenty too, since you’re only 5 miles from the world famous Flora-Bama. Only challenge is how to see it all when the beach keeps calling…
The space
The space is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The master is a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has 1 full and 2 twins. The couch folds out in case you need even more sleeping room. Full kitchen has modern conveniences, and stacked laundry units are between the bedrooms. You can see the ocean to the left from the balcony, noted in the pics, and the sunset is viewable from there as well.
Guest access
The parking is a 1-time fee of $50 per car. It is surveilled, and private. The condo is within the tennis area, and extremely close to the indoor pool, sauna, and meeting center. Just around the other building are the grills, additional 2 pools, and spacious property with lots of lawn chairs, dunes, and shaded seating as well.
Other things to note
I highly recommend the nearby restaurant not as well known called "The Gulf." It's a casual modern cuisine with outdoor seating on the water. It's not fine dining, but very delicious. Order from the bar, not the walk-up window. The line is usually too long.

One last thing to note is pay attention to my photos. The condo is known as a Tennis Villa, i.e., it is in the smaller buildings up front by the tennis courts. On the one hand, there is no one above you making noise, but it is an extra 30 yards or so from the elevator to the water. You can still see the ocean from the balcony (as pictured), and still have access to the entire Seaside resort. This may sound silly, but some folks have been upset that it wasn't in the taller building that's slightly closer to the water. But know that you're not crossing the road or anything else...it is still TRULY a beachside condo, and there are no buildings blocking your view of the water.
