Relax in style at Phoenix on the Bay II 2406. Our 2 bed 2 bath condo overlooking the bay is perfect for your next beach vacation. We have modern furniture, light beachy wall colors, and updated LVT flooring (no carpet). Enjoy your morning coffee lounging on our large private balcony with a stunning view of Perdido Pass and the resort's outdoor pools. Plus, stay active with an onsite fitness room, indoor pool and hot tub, and outdoor grills for family cookouts.

Just 10 minutes to the pristine beaches and white sand of the Gulf! Want to skip the beach road traffic? Phoenix on the Bay 2 has everything your family needs. Relax in the lazy river, soak up the sun on the private beach by the bay, or take the kids to splash in the gated kiddie pool. Canal Road has great local restaurants, shopping, and The Wharf nearby.

Park on the 4th floor of the parking garage for easy access to our unit. There is also an elevator to the first floor. On-site security is available 24/7, and keyless entry ensures a hassle-free check-in process.

This was a great place to stay we will be ack.

We had a wonderful stay; it was so nice on the Bay and away from all the crowds that are on the beach and the host was very accommodating to us she even text us after we left to make sure everything was great. We highly recommend staying here if you do not want to be in all the traffic and crowds.

Great stay!

My family of 5 stayed for a week and we absolutely loved it! The stay wasn’t long enough. Everything was comfortable and made you feel at home. It was clean and smelled good. The owners even left us a little greeting card and welcome kit. We cannot wait to go back!

Great property for boat life vacation

Everything was clean and as expected.Great communication with Miles and Lia. We brought our boat and enjoyed the convenience of gulf fishing along with east water access to local restaurants. Would recommend the property!

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views

Stop scrolling and book this VRBO! Extremely clean, and stylish. The little details meant the most! Small snacks for us when we arrived, plenty of towels, comfortable beds with extra blankets and even a air compressor to fill up our rafts. This place feels like you are home. The property had a great lazy river pool, kids love it. It’s not crazy overcrowded and everyone we met was lovely and nice. Check in at front desk was super easy. The building has security and we always found a spot on our floor in the parking garage. Each level has a walkway to that floor so no stairs or elevator to get to the unit needed unless you go down to the pools. The balcony has an amazing view and very comfortable patio furniture to relax on. Close to the Wharf, and a lot of other bay front restaurants…try Fishers, that place is great. Will definitely be staying again! Thank you!!!

We live nearby and love the outdoors! We have had the BEST guests!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love being at the beach! But we don't love the beach road traffic in summer. Canal Road is perfect for us. We can beach in the morning, lunch at Avenue Pub or OSO, siesta, then lazy river until dinnertime.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with Lighthouse on the Bay (f/k/a Phoenix on the Bay II) as soon as we walked in. You can't beat the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pools. What set it apart from the other properties for us is that it's clean, well-kept and quieter than many other vacation resorts. There are more residents than rentals, which we love. Just keep that in mind when booking--this is a family- or couple-oriented condo, not a party property.
