Luxury Loft - Downtown - Parking

Welcome to the Luxury Loft in Downtown Wilmington! Located on Water Street across from the famous Downtown River Walk and Cape Fear River, you are the perfect spot for your Wilmington Vacation. Whether you are coming for weddings, festivals, races, events, or just as a quick getaway, you will be so glad you chose to stay here. You have found your home away from home with a full kitchen, full bath, 1st-floor accommodations, and a loft bedroom with queen bed! Please note that our cozy sleeping quarters are located in a LOFT accessed by stairs, surrounded by a custom metal railing designed by a local blacksmith. Note: While up in the loft area, you will not be able to stand up completely. Guests with back problems or difficulty climbing narrow stairs may find it challenging to navigate the sleeping quarters.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the hallway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded gate, and guests can check in with a keypad entry.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot next to the building.

We are located downtown across the street from the river. Once parked in our free reserved parking area 2 short blocks away, walk to dozens of shops, restaurants and pubs.
