This professionally cleaned and sanitized space features calming tones, warm lighting, and comfortable bed linens. The home’s wood texture floor is complimented in the bedrooms by the use of gorgeous warm Persian carpets and soft rugs. The large built-in closets offer plenty of storage space that makes both long and short stays a breeze.

The primary bedroom is the most spacious with a stunning wooden feature wall that elegantly frames the king-sized bed, bedside tables, and elevated lamps. Carefully selected decorations bring the space together and exude a warm and cozy feel.

The secondary bedroom is a bright, airy space with a lovely turquoise feature wall behind the queen-sized bed’s light blue velvet headboard. The decorations are modern yet inviting, with complimentary colors throughout.

A third bedroom gives the kids their own space with a comfortable single bed and trundle. Spare bedding is provided for the trundle and the sleeper sofa in the living room.

The home’s contemporary design continues into the spacious full bathroom, which features marble textured wall tiling, warm lighting, and sleek stainless steel fittings. There is a combination bath and shower, and a single vanity with white cabinetry. Complimentary towels and bath products are provided for our guests.

The large living space of this home makes it a perfect place for the whole group to settle in and relax. This home’s fully-equipped kitchen makes dining easy. You’ll have everything you need to cook and enjoy delicious meals at home. The large kitchen makes entertaining and meal preparation a breeze with the full-size oven, double sink, ample counter space, and plentiful storage in the cabinets. Help yourself to complimentary tea and coffee during your stay.

Tucked away in the kitchen for ease of access are the home’s washer and dryer so that you can keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

The lounge is a great open and airy place to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. A plush sofa and 50” HDTV with access to Netflix make this the perfect space to do so. The cozy room is full of bright natural light thanks to the large windows and features a stunning stone fireplace.

The cozy dining room is situated between the entrance hall and the lounge. A solid wooden table is set for six with plush upholstered dining chairs. It is a beautiful, bright room brought together by the attention to detail in the decoration and design. A designated workspace with a quaint design has been set up for digital nomads or those who may need to do a bit of work while away.

☀ Guests of our gorgeous home have complete access to the entire main floor with the convenient self-check-in arrangement and Smart Lock system. A unique code will be given before your stay for access with keyless entry. Please note that we are in the process of renovating the basement and landscaping the yard, which may cause noise. We will do our best to keep the noise level down, but like to be fully transparent with our guests!

☀ With high-speed WiFi, you are able to stream Netflix on the 50” HDTV, or easily keep up to date with work at the designated workspace.

☀ Parking is available in the garage for one vehicle, with additional free street parking. Two exterior cameras have been installed on the front and back of the home that records video and audio to the cloud 24/7 for your peace of mind.

House Rules

Please carefully review the house rules listed below and please understand that we take our short-term rental business and these rules very seriously. We do this to ensure the next guest will receive the unit in the same immaculate condition as you did. Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund. By booking, you agreed to take responsibility for any other losses that we may incur due to any non following of the house rules that leads to us having to refund or discount the next guest.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO SHOES inside the house.

Additional Rules
- Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM and 7 AM Monday to Saturday. 10Pm to 9 Am Sunday and Holidays.

- Please remove all footwear at the door of the house. No shoes inside of the property.

- This is a NON-PARTY home. Excess noise is not permitted in this property. If we find a party happening at the property the booking will be immediately canceled and NO REFUND shall be given.

- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact the guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning. Local area guests must communicate with us prior to booking stating the nature of the visit.

- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person. Visitors must be cleared with us before inviting them over.

- Alert us immediately if anything breaks. We may not be able to fix it for the next guest if you don’t tell us right away.

- Please treat our property with respect - use coasters on the furniture where they are provided and keep the place tidy. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

- Candles are decorative elements and not for regulate guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard.

We loved our stay at this property. The property manager was easy to communicate with and the home was beautifully decorated and spacious. It was close enough to town to easily commute but removed enough that we didn’t feel boxed in. Would definitely stay here again!!
