The Mediterranean-style home features a terracotta-tiled roof, a white exterior, and a columned front porch. Indoors, you’ll find sunny and relaxed living accommodations perfect for your beach vacation. The home has four spacious bedrooms, all well-appointed with comfortable beds and elegant furnishings. The property can entertain up to ten vacationers.

The main open great room is on the first floor, encompassing the laidback living room, casual dining area, and modern kitchen. Light hardwood floors extend throughout the space, and large windows ensure the room is full of natural light. The living room includes two leather bucket chairs and a neutral-toned couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The seating ensemble faces a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. A colorful rug and a contemporary coffee table tie the room together. Next to the living room, a round dining table and six chairs sit beside a large window. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a beachy breakfast, light lunch, or formal dinner. Wood-tile flooring extends into the chef’s kitchen, which is characterized by gleaming quartz counters, light-gray cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. Ample counter space makes it easy to serve up appetizers, drinks, and your favorite home-cooked dishes. And a kitchen island in the center provides extra seating for more casual dining or hanging out.

One of the home’s guest bedrooms is located on the first floor, alongside the main living area. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, wall mounted TV, and access to a full hall bath. Each of the other remaining bedrooms is upstairs. The primary suite boasts a king-size bed with a tufted gray headboard beneath a vibrant abstract painting. The bed faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a handsome dresser. A panel of three windows creates a laidback and sunny ambiance. The comfort continues with the primary suite’s ensuite bath, which includes dual vanities, a glass-walled walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Of the other two bedrooms on this level, one has a king-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. Both have TVs and ensuite baths.

A stay at Villa Lago not only gets you wonderful accommodations—but you also get to enjoy great amenities. The back patio overlooks a lovely lake and features a BBQ grill for convenient cookouts. The community pool is perfect for a refreshing dip before (or after) spending time at the beach. A six-seater golf cart is provided, making it easy to reach the sugary shores of the Gulf in no time. The village is home to vibrant restaurants and bars, a vibrant nightlife, family-friendly activities, specialty shops, live music and outdoor concerts, and even firework shows. Finally, the upscale Grand Boulevard shopping center is nearby, where you will find high-end shops, art galleries, amazing restaurants, and a multiplex movie theater.
