Spacious and lovely house. We love the San Destin resort and the home is in a great proximity to the Baytowne village. The house comes with the best golf cart ever! I do wish the kid bunkbed room was on the same floor as the other bedrooms. This house has less parking but there is extra space in the cul-de-sac. Lastly, there were alot of gnats. All in all 8/10!

2/10 Horrible

Les points forts : Arrivée et emplacement
Les points faibles : Propreté et exactitude de l’annonce
If you want to have problems on your vacation and ruin your relationship with your family, this is the right house! To start with, we rented a house with a golf cart that didn't work. They sent it for repairs but couldn't fix it, so we stayed 7 days in the house and 7 days without the golf cart. The garage is very dirty, beach chairs are old and rusty, bicycles have flat tires, cockroaches and insects everywhere—horrible. The grill is old and very dirty too, just like the balcony where it is located. Choose another house if you don't want to ruin your family's vacation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry that several aspects of the property fell short of expectations and that the golf cart issue had such a significant impact on your stay. Unfortunately, the golf cart required repairs that were beyond our ability to complete ourselves, and we were at the mercy of the repair vendor’s availability and ability to resolve the problem. We understand, however, that this did not change the fact that you rented the property expecting to have a functioning golf cart for your stay, and we’re sorry we were unable to provide that. We also take your comments regarding the garage, beach equipment, bicycles, grill, balcony, and cleanliness seriously. We’ll have our team inspect these areas and address the items that are within our control. We especially regret the concerns regarding insects and will ensure that this is followed up appropriately. We understand your frustration, and we’re sorry we did not deliver the experience you expected. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention so we can take the necessary steps to improve the property.
