Our beautifully appointed Mediterranean style villa is located in the lushly landscaped neighborhood of Villa Lago on the bayside of the Resort! 1904 Baytowne Loop features an open-concept design, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered back patio, and a furnished balcony overlooking the lake and 4th fairway of Baytowne Golf Course. Grab a towel and head to the beach in our 6-passenger golf cart or ride on over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf located less than a mile away! And with the neighborhood pool just steps from your front door, fun is always on the horizon at 1904 Baytowne Loop!

The main level of our two-story villa offers a spacious entry, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area, a thoughtfully designed living area, and access to the furnished back patio. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to create a gourmet meal. There is seating for eight around the dining table and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area offers plush furnishings and a large HDTV. From the living area, guests can access a spacious back patio with cozy, coastal furnishings overlooking the lake and golf course – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida breeze!

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor of our villa. The primary bedroom is designed with a luxurious king bed, an HDTV, a furnished balcony and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and an HDTV with an adjoining bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom offers a bunk with double beds with a double trundle bed, TV, and access to a full bathroom.

For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer and high-speed WIFI is complimentary. Parking space for TWO cars is available.

Located in the heart of the Resort, our Mediterranean inspired home is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. And with emerald green waters and white sand beaches just a 10 minute quick golf cart ride away, vacationing is a treat at 1904 Baytowne Loop! *For larger parties, this unit may be rented along with nearby #1906, 1908, and 1925 Villa Lago houses.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
