Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood, this spacious, well-maintained home boasts beautiful lake views and stellar amenities! When venturing away from your stay, visit the Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area, Lake Atalanta Park & Trails, and Topgolf. You're also a quick drive away from downtown Rogers, so delicious food and fun shopping opportunities can be indulged in at your leisure.

Ready to relax, find yourself lounging in the sun-filled living room where the seating is soft, the TV is large, and the fireplace is warm. In the adjacent kitchen, discover a well-equipped place to cook amongst the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Dine as a family at the dining table, or in the scenic sunroom.

Through exploring the rest of the home you will find equally comfortable sleep quarters, a game room with a Ping-Pong table, a second great hangout space, a Peloton bike, and a brand-new washer/dryer.

Come evening, enjoy sunset views from the deck, a barbecued meal, or a gentle sway in the hammock. When you're ready to sleep, tuck into bed while listening to the sounds of the rain delightfully tapping down on the tin roof, creating a magically peaceful sound.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Docks on the lake are not available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
