You'll love staying in this newly renovated large historic apartment.
It's immaculately clean with a beautiful well stocked kitchen updated with a farmhouse sink, dining room with a view, comfortable four poster queen bed, luxurious high pile carpets, claw foot tub, and a cozy dedicated workspace.
This unit is completely private with contactless entry. We're centrally located between wine country and S.F. Walking distance to the water front.
Bottle of wine, water and breakfast items included.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

1. THERE IS NO TV in your rental.

2. Air conditioner is a window unit . WE DO NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR!
Most Vallejo Summer days are mild and breezy. We have about 7-10 really hot days. On these days it is best to leave the windows open over night and then close them in the morning. If you run the AC please close all the windows (including the bathroom window). Also please remember to turn off AC when you leave the apartment (for the day or when your trip is over).

3. WE HAVE A TODDLER. We live on the property and she often plays out front. You will hear frequent laughter, squeals, and rambunctious playing. If you require a total zen space, this probably isn't the rental for you :-)
But, she loves to say hi if you are a guest!

4. THE BACKYARD SPACE IS PRIVATE AND NOT FOR GUEST USE.

5. THERE IS A NO SMOKING AND NO PET POLICY due to severe allergies of host. If you are a smoker or can't travel without your pet, please look for another space that is more accommodating to your needs. Thank you.

6. GUESTS MUST REMOVE SHOES UPSTAIRS. The carpet is newly installed and very nice and we want to keep it that way for other guests. Please do not wear shoes on the carpet. Thank you.

Memories and Wine

SuArra and Chris were fantastic hosts, the apartment was very clean and quiet. Ask SuArra about a wine tour, you will not he disappointed. SuArra planned a couple of adventures for us and they were wonderful and made our experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you for all the great memories Kevin and I made!!

Perfect Get Away!!!

SuArra and Chris were fantastic hosts! On our first night, Chris was very helpful with tips of where to go and what to see, and they have a terrific list of suggested restaurants and wineries in the message board in the kitchen. The description and pictures are spot on for this lovely escape from a busy world! They have restored the home beautifully, and everything you need is available. Vallejo was a terrific spot to enjoy day trips to San Francisco via the ferry in town as well as visits to Point Reyes, Napa, and Sonoma.

Beautiful, restful location

My sister and I needed a place near the Bay Area to visit after years of being unable to travel. This cute little place had a kitchen, breakfast nook, bedroom, living room, and entry area that were just so clean and so beautiful. The clawfooted bathtub shower was easy to use and everything was well situated/planned.

Hello we are SuArra and Chris. We are an outgoing, easy going, loving couple. We own an 1800's historic house as we are slowing turning it into a fully restored historic home. We love guests who are polite, peaceful, and looking for good experiences.

We love to travel and explore the world. We are both outgoing and engaging. We enjoy nature and love to picnic and hike around. We sail when the weather and wind are good.

Sue is a Sommelier who enjoys cooking and eating good food. Reach out if you'd like to add on private chef services or wine tasting/tour experiences.

Chris is a currently a historic home realtor. He has had many different experiences which include living off the grid and traveling in non conventional ways. He is a brewer. He has a music background and is interested in art, poetry, symbolism and Jungian psychology. He has done extensive volunteer forest restoration and has a deep love of the natural world.

We have a four year old daughter named Andie who loves to make new friends. If you say hi to her she will be your bestie for life. She is very outgoing, funny, and rambunctious!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We live in the heritage district with beautiful historic homes surrounding the area. Our home is very close to downtown and the waterfront ferry into SF. Walk to the local Saturday Farmer's market, popular restaurants, and quaint shops. We are centrally located between SF and the wine regions of Napa and Sonoma. Each destination is about a 45 minute drive (sans traffic).

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have tried to make the very best rental we could think of and we hope you agree. Your apartment is a large and comfortable 850 square foot home.

This is a space where you will find "your" kitchen away from home. There is a dining nook adjacent to the kitchen with a beautiful view of our town. You will have a super comfy modern foam and coil mattress for a great nights sleep. Inside the entrance is a dedicated workspac. Relax in the spacious living room or enjoy a glass of wine (provided!) on the garden front patio.

We have made sure that you will have what you need. If there is anything special you might want please ask us. We live next door and are happy to accommodate you if possible.
