Nice Area & Neighborhood, the rest not so much.
10 years renting with VRBO and a similar service. I will provide my family’s honest review of the Sedona rental. The good, the location of the property was centrally located between all of the beautiful Sedona points of interest. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with no streetlights, perfect to enjoy stargazing at night. The not so good. As I do with all rental homes or cars, I took before & after pictures of every room inside and outside. When we arrived, my wife noticed a piece of popcorn on the top of the living room table. As I walked outside to the back patio there were 3 cigarette butts on the ground. (these vanished sometime during our stay). Did someone come to the home while we were away? The living room ceiling fan had a nonoperational sign and did not work. The hallway light switch had black electrical tape across it, it did not work. The entire home had signs and notes taped everywhere. Yes even the toilet had details of how to use it. There were 3 doors that led out to the backyard patio. As I tried to go out to the patio from the master bedroom there was a sign. “DO NOT OPEN” walked down the hallway across to the living room patio door and there was another sign, “DO NOT OPEN” I had to walk to the sunroom just to go out to the patio. We did not go out to the patio much after that. The website indicates Security System but did not offer us to use it. The living room TV had a sign on the table “STREAMING ONLY” PLEASE LOG INTO YOUR OWN ACCOUNT. Hmm.
