Rosewood Retreat is a brand-new, custom-built cabin that is tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North GA. Located just 7 min from downtown Blue Ridge, less than 10 min to grocery stores, restaurants & shops & is 10-20 minutes to the exciting adventures of the area (Mercier Orchards, Blue Ridge Lake and Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc)! This luxurious cabin has modern, rustic vibes & sleeps 11 comfortably. Treat yourself to an extraordinary getaway in the mountains!

The Space:
This 3-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for large families and groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the large outdoor entertainment deck, grilling, relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to one of the 3 fireplaces, the backyard fire pit, playing pool or enjoying the spacious floor plan and other luxury furnishings, the surrounding nature offers the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway!

The main floor features an open floor plan with large windows providing natural light and highlighting the nature’s beauty that surrounds you. There is a gas fireplace and Smart TV on this level, making mealtimes and movie nights extra cozy (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable October through April as they heat the entire cabin).

The main floor also features a King Bedroom with Smart TV and deck access. The bathroom has a tile walk in shower and a laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for guests to use.

The dining area accommodates 6-8 people with 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter and a high chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an ice maker, kettle, knife set, Keurig/ 12 cup brew combo, cutting boards, Tupperware, pitcher, baking sheets, strainer, dishes, toaster oven, pizza cutter, scoop, can opener, grater, measuring utensils, mixing utensils, pots and pans, wine glasses, silverware, scissors, blender and wine opener. There is also a gas grill that uses propane tanks on the outdoor main level deck.

The main floor outdoor deck features a stunning covered, screened in area with outdoor seating, a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace, Smart TV, and an outdoor dining area. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased through the management company for delivery.

The upstairs master suite features a King bed, Smart TV, private screened in balcony, an attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower, and a walk-in closet that has
stair gates and a crib for guests to use.
Just outside the upstairs bedroom is a loft with a beautiful view out of the large surrounding windows. This area is equipped with a desk that can be
used as a workspace for guests who work while they play, or for kids who have schoolwork to complete.

The Lower Level features an entertainment area with a gas fireplace, Smart TV, pool table, two-player arcade basketball game, two double size beds in a bunk bed style with a twin trundle bed below, a wet bar with a mini fridge, sink, and board games! There is so much to do at this luxury cabin!

The lower-level bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV and private patio access to many resort-style outdoor amenities which include the 7-person hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit, corn hole and additional outdoor seating. The bathroom on the lower level features a tub shower.

It is a comfortable drive along fully paved roads to get to the cabin and upon arrival you will notice how level the driveway is.

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
All 6 smart TV’s having streaming capability - no cable or satellite - and the upstairs and main level bedrooms are equipped with DVD/Blu-ray players.
No pets allowed
Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)
This cabin can be easily reached with 2WD. The driveway can fit up to 6 cars and is not suitable for trailers, boats, etc.

This cabin is located in a neighborhood with fully paved roads about 10 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge. Please note this cabin does have several visible neighboring cabins.
