Pantry basics: sugar, sea salt, pepper grinder, and spice rack. Outdoor supplies: propane for the Weber grill + firewood for the fire pit. Bath amenities: hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, oatmeal soap, and hair dryers in every bathroom.

Southern Ridge Manor puts you close to it all: golfing, boating, biking, whitewater rafting, zip lining, tubing, trout fishing, kayaking, horseback ridingâeven tank driving and car-crushing! Or explore boutique and antique shopping, scenic train rides, wineries, breweries, cocktail bars, U-Pick farms, and incredible restaurants.
PRICING DETAILS
âą Nightly rate covers 1â8 guests; $20 per night for each additional guest (max 14). Quotes will be calculated based on the number of guests entered.
âą Cleaning fee directly supports our 3-step process: post-checkout clean, pre-checkin staging, and a 2-hour quality control inspection before arrival.
âą $1,000 refundable security deposit held via card on file, in addition to Accidental Damage Protection coverage.
âą Dog fee $300 for maximum of 2 dogs

DOG POLICY
Drift Away Cabin Rentals, LLC â Southern Ridge Manor is dog-friendly and welcomes up to two (2) well-trained, fully house-trained dogs that are accustomed to eliminating outdoors, with prior approval and payment of the applicable $300 pet fee (covers up to two dogs). No other animals are permitted. Dogs must be housebroken, clean, and free of fleas, ticks, or excessive shedding. Guests agree to keep pets off all furniture and bedding, promptly clean up all pet waste, and never leave dogs unattended inside the home or on decks unless safely crated (guests must provide their own crate if needed). Any damage, excessive cleaning, or evidence of unapproved pets will result in additional charges to the guestâs account and/or deduction from the Damage Deposit. Guests assume full responsibility for all liability, noise, or disturbances caused by their pets during the stay.
