We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

The house is located in a pristine part of Lake Havasu City near the golf course

POOL HEATING
>$100/day to heat the pool (2-night minimum)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount
>If staying a month or more and would like pool/spa heating we ask for a $500 deposit hold and you will only be charged for what you used (monitored the propane company) at the end of your stay

HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book
>No parties
>No events
>No smoking - $500 fine
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music)
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation - will result in eviction with no refund

PETS
>Sorry, we can not provide accommodations for your furry friends! We do have other listings that can, so please reach out if this is a must!
>Child has allergic reaction to dog/cat hair so no pets is a strict policy
>If the pet is an emotional support/service animal we ask for paperwork and an extra $200 cleaning fee and a $200 deposit
>$300 fine if a pet is brought without prior discussion

DEPOSIT
$500 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

$5500/month (includes cleaning fee and utilities)
