Truly One of a Kind! Stay in a class of home only found in a very few places in Lake Havasu, just a few turns from the lake. This home has both a split bedroom plan and Santa Fe style, which is rare and an interesting change from the typical places you may have stayed.

55’ level side parking area (11’-8” wide) with 25’ more depth on slope for vehicle to stay hitched.
Garage has a 35’ deep side and a 24’ deep side both with 7’-11” door height and 9’-8” width.
We even have 30A RV power hookup. Street side also has 40’ parking area plus 35’ more in front of driveway.

Experience the unique style found in only in a small handful homes in this area. From the Saltillo Tile Floors to the hand carved viga poles or the artisan crafted wood ceiling of the living area which opens to kitchen and dining areas. There is a large covered south facing pool patio, north facing front patio, you will have an experience that you will remember for years. This open living, dining, and kitchen areas provide the most relaxing environment for your family's stay. Whether you and your guests are preparing a meal, or lounging by the beehive style fireplace, each of you are easily able to share your experience with no closed off walls to limit your enjoyment.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and meals for 10 with dual sinks for that extra prep space. The living room has a new 65” 4K TV with steaming options, while the master will have a 55” with streaming also. Both are fed by 120+ channels of Dish satellite and streaming is connected to our 200+ mg of high speed internet.

VIEWS to mountains and the south side near the lake from the huge front and rear covered patios. Front patio is also entirely fenced in with gate separating driveway.

The split bedroom design has the Main Suite on the opposite side of the main living area from other bedrooms and guest bathroom. This bedroom has a king and a daybed. Guest master will have another King with direct patio access, while a bunk room will have a Twin bunk over queen and a separate trundle, that can sleep 4. Each bedroom is slightly different to give a unique experience to each of your guests. Of course closets are also found in the master and guest rooms to provide plenty of room for anyone's wardrobe, even if you stay for months. What would a master suite be without an amazing shower? Well, we have that also in a unique Southwestern style shower with Dual showers!

The pool patio faces south so the house will provide extra shade in the summer, and warmth in the winter. Pool/spa heating may be added for an extra fee per day of stay when requested at time of booking for scheduled heating.

There are security cameras around the exterior and in the shared garage which can record video. No cameras are aimed into the home or pool area. Per City Ordinance #9.30.050, digital 24 hour noise monitors are installed which document noise levels to the cloud and send alerts to us when noise levels are exceeded, but do not record audio.

Lake Havasu has made a name for itself nationally with the car shows, boat and jet ski races held here annually. And then at the end of the day, you can either go downtown for great food or just go home to an amazing place to enjoy peace, quiet, and the stars. In case you didn't know, Lake Havasu City has very few 'light polluting' streetlights in the neighborhoods, just to allow you great nighttime star viewing.

When we first visited here years ago, we truly could not believe our eyes, and senses. Here we were in the middle of a desert, but at 'an oasis' with a huge lake. It actually reminded us of our last trip to Hawaii. Same laid back atmosphere, similar watersports, great food, friendly people, and no stress. The most stressful thing you may endure, is launching your boat on a weekend. Weekdays are very slow paced with many days you have most of the lake to yourself.

Palm trees, flowered shirts, unique beautiful houses, gently winding roads, and cactus are quite common locally. Our neighborhood and specific location was selected to emphasize all of these, yet provide fast access to the lake and downtown. Now that it is being updated to its modern/Southwestern style, we hope to share it with you and your guests.a
