First experience in Lake Havasu

We really enjoyed our stay…well stocked kitchen, comfortable living space and lovely patio/pool area. Host was super helpful and we would happily stay again.

Great location

House was clean. Plenty of parking to park our trailer off the street. Close to everything. Pool was nice and refreshing. Easy access to get in and great communication with the owner/property manager. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in a lot of short term rentals and this is definitely one of our favorites. Very clean and has a great kitchen filled with pretty much anything you'll need to cook. We loved the ice maker in the garage and the massive side parking for our large boat. We will def be back

This was even better than the pictures!!!

It is so stinkin cute inside and the layout is open feeling. The kitchen is big and the backyard and pool are spacious also. The master bath is incredible w so much space too. The house is incredibly close to the new launch ramp….just one light away!! We loved staying here and will definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay, clean home. Alicia always responded quickly when texted. Very large garage thats available! Nice pool. Overall I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have fun at the lake!

Great place, Great location

We come to Havasu often and this is one of the nicest houses we've stayed at. It's a very clean up to date property in an upscale neighborhood with plenty of driveway and garage parking. The house is laid out so the bedrooms are not right next to each other and you have some privacy. This place has everything you need. The owner, Alicia, was a pleasure to deal with. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect!

Exceeded our expectations! Such a well thought out, well equipped and CLEAN house!!! We couldn’t be happier with our spring break vacation staying here. Rented a boat and enjoyed lake havasu but the house and pool were the best part of our vacation! Kids loved the yard, hot tub and pool. All so CLEAN! We hope to come back!

We had a great trip !

This property exceeded our expectations. Check in was a breeze, the property was fully stocked and super clean. Plenty of room for our family with large beds, big TV screens and a beautiful pool. The property has a very large parking pad more than adequate for a boat and trailer. The only concern if you have a boat is that pulling out can be a stress during the busy hours of the day as the street gets a bit of traffic in the mornings and at the end of the work day.

Such a great time!

We had such a great time at this house, we will definitely stay here again! We have been doing an annual Havasu trip for 10+ years and we loved this house. It was very clean, close to the water and town and the pool and backyard were great. Loved the new gas grill! Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great (that seems to be one of the biggest issues we have with vacation houses lol)! Super easy check in process and Kaylie was very nice and accommodating! We will see you next year!

AZ stay

When we arrived and at first glance everything looked great. However as the stay went on we noticed how filthy dirty the floors were. Our bare feet were black from walking throughout the house. There was hair around the tub in the master bath and hair in the sink in the other bathroom and all over the the master bedroom floor in the form of balls of hair. It was also unfortunate that the dishwasher did not work. Overall we had a great stay and loved the area. It was just a disappointment to not have a clean house to stay in.

Hi Justin, we are so sorry to hear about this! We are new owners and closed on the home while you were staying there, and therefore were not aware of the dishwasher not working at that time. Our cleaning crew spends a lot of time there cleaning and sanitizing before each stay, which is very important to us. Decent Havasu home

The property was in a good location-a short 5-10 minute drive to the main attractions such as London Bridge, Rotary Park, and Lake Havasu State Park. It was also reasonably priced at the time and has a good size pool that was the highlight of the property especially given the triple digit weather. We were disappointed however at the lack of cleanliness in this property. Specifically, some of the things we noticed were large amounts of pet hair everywhere: on the floor, on the furniture, tables, etc. It is nice though that this was one of the few homes in the area that allows pets however would have liked for it to be cleaner. If you don’t mind the pet hair though then that shouldn’t be a bother. Furthermore, in one of the guest rooms, the sheets were dirty. There was pet hair on the actual sheets and also small dark red spots. In the master bath, the bottom of the shower curtain had mildew. The towels also did not appear clean as some had stains. The air filter is also in need of replacing as it was visibility covered in dust. Overall, the property was okay but cleanliness is very important to us and it did not appear that the cleaners had done a deep clean but rather hastily cleaned.

Summer Vacation

The home is good size for a large family. I had 7 adults and 1 child. Beds were comfortable. The pool was great. Here are some help notes for future renters. *The WiFi is noted as highest speed for Lake Havasu. I can tell you it does not operate smart TV’s they have or your phones or tablets for viewing movies. If you have AT&T you have no cell coverage. *TV in master has no sound. Even the directions of the home say just turn off and turn on to work. Which that did not make it work. *The dishwasher was not working but was serviced during our stay, but only turns on and does not go through a wash cycle. *No gas BBQ as in picture had two charcoal BBQ’s. Homeowner is going to replace. *Home is located on a busy street. I just mention it for safety of backing in boat. Plenty of parking though. We brought 3 cars and all were towing toys. *Ice maker does not work. The soft water system is not hooked up. They do have a deep freezer in garage which was great to hold ice and extra food. All and all this was a nice home. We stayed a week.

Hi Candace! Thank you for the feedback! Just for reference, the TV in the master bedroom is brand new and the sound works perfectly. Our cleaning crew tested it and confirmed that as well. The soft water is operated by Culligan and was tested and confirmed soft right before your stay. We do pay for the highest speed internet, and it is unfortunately still not always great. We do have it scheduled to be tested and boosted in July. Thank you again for the rating and feedback! We were happy to have you!

Comfy home close to town

We had a great stay at this house. The house was spacious and welcoming and was perfect for our family of 5 plus our dog. He enjoyed his time as well. The house was clean and easy to maintain during our stay as well.

Wonderful house!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home! It was very clean and we loved using the pool. We brought our three kids and two dogs and had a great time. The driveway was super long for our truck and boat and we were able to access the garage for our other car. We had great communication with the owner, and she was very helpful the whole time. We would definitely stay again!
