Welcome to “Will’s Barn”, located in the Moonshine Falls Community in the Great Smoky Mountains. Take a step back in time to a simpler life with this beautiful, Historical 1800’s community that has been renovated to have all the modern-day amenities while still holding the History of this land.
“Will’s Barn” sits along the majestic Caney Creek just downstream from the absolutely breathtaking 100 ft waterfall located within the community. This 2-bedroom 1 bath historical Cabin is the perfect getaway for 2 couples with 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The open Floor plan of the main floor provides plenty of space for gathering for meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, the Dining table is perfectly situated to enjoy the view of the creek flowing by during any time of the day. The Living room provides the perfect relaxation space with a large couch and a recline situated to enjoy either a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoy the creek just beyond the windows. Step out onto the back deck with your morning coffee and really take in all the sounds of nature with the flow of the creek below you.
The top floor provides 2 beautiful Queen bedrooms both with large flat screen Tv’s and windows to overlook the creek. Additionally, the bathroom with a tub shower combination is located on the top floor.
Exploring the Moonshine Falls Community you will find a Community Fire Pit with Charcoal Grills located at the amazing Waterfall, Gather the family or the neighbors and roast marshmallows together and make memories that will last a lifetime. The creek provides many places for the kids to place in the shallow waters.
Moonshine Falls Community is a perfect place for large family gatherings to book many of the cabins and each has their own privacy within the cabin while still being close enough to gather together. This 36-acre community rolls into the mountain side and has plenty of open space around the cabins to host weddings and family reunions. The cabins within the community are Will’s Barn, Tillies Stall, The General Store, Ed’s Mill, Bo's Carriage House and The Post Office. (Will’s Barn and Tillies Stall are a Duplex together)

Worth it all for the view!

We felt a little misled by the pictures we saw and the property that we stayed at. But it still met our needs overall. The waterfall a couple hundred feet from the cabin was fabulous! The back porch is literally sitting on a creek. You can open the back porch doors and see it right under your feet! The road into the property was only one lane so you have to be very watchful. There was no washer/dryer in the cabin (which was a bummer). Also, be sure to buy paper plates, plastic cups, utensils, etc. as there is no dishwasher. The mattreses are wonderful on the beds! It has cable TV and the AC was very cold. We feel that the property will continue to be upgraded as the owners can put the work into it. It was clean. The view was fantastic! Wi-Fi is a lifesaver in the cabin because you are in the middle of nowhere. 😂 Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Rustic Cabin Experience

We enjoyed the peace and serenity of the surroundings. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen amenities were perfect. Unfortunately, the bathroom was unfinished We would have appreciated more hooks and hallway storage in the open space. Additionally, the internet did not work in the living room. Thank you!

We came to the area to go to Dollywood and since we like being in nature your cabin was perfect...so very quiet and peaceful. An amazing place to escape.
