Other things to note
You will be staying in a fully staffed luxury condo and will need to adhere to the same condo guidelines and requirements as a condo owner:
Each guest must pass condo credit check ($100 application fee) and management-sponsored orientation before being provided access.
Each guest must schedule and participate in a condo management orientation session before being permitted into the building. Please plan your arrival accordingly. This requirement does tend to push guests toward a slightly longer stay.
