Gorgeous second floor apartment with spacious living space. Features a bar/dining area, fully stocked kitchen, wifi, smart TV, Alexa music system and much more. Our neighborhood is a mixed area of both residential, multifamily and commercial. Only a short drive to City Place, Clematis street, West Palm Outlets, Peanut Island, West Palm International Airport (PBI), Brightline & Trirail stations, Port of Palm Beach, St. Marys Medical Center, Good Samaritan Medical Center, Norton Museum of Art and much more!
The owner double booked the apartment pictured but accommodated us in another apartment with a discount. It was comparable but not quite as cute as the one pictured. All in all, other than the booking issue, we feel good about the change of apartments with the discount. The place was clean, modern, and convenient.
Property was in an excellent location near Palm Beach Sailing Club. Amenities in the kitchen were great. Our only issue was that we did not get hot enough water in the shower, only slightly warm. Maybe it was caused by someone using the washing machine downstairs.
Location was really convenient, very short drive from the downtown area and train station. Dining was great in the downtown area and near shopping centers (short drive) thereâs a small park by the water just at walking distance which made the morning walks great. Neighborhood was a lil old and gave sketchy vibes but was quiet and no issues. Property parking was a lil tight however it was available with a decent size driveway.
Communication with our host was lacking prior to our arrival but once we checked in, Sam was very prompt and responsive to any inquiries we had. I believe this might be a new listing as some household items were missing but Sam quickly provided anything we inquired about. The location was convenient to all the things we wanted to do but still quiet and we felt very comfortable coming and going.
Owner was interactive in providing hospitality. Assured all concerns were addressed immediately. The existing grill was broken, he immediately supplied a new grill with a publix gift card for the inconvenience.
This apartment is located about 10-15 minutes from anything you may want to do while visiting WPB. It is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood with charming little houses. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and had basic kitchen essentials. There were people in the apartment below us and we could hear them very well along with their barking dog. My son and I did our best to stay on the quieter side because we were in the apartment upstairs. I would definitely stay here again, however noise could be a problem if it were happening at the wrong hour. I did not message the host about it because we had such a short stay. That being said, our host responded to me very promptly whenever I messaged him.
Communication with Sam at check-in/check-out was terrible. Wasn't able to check until after 1.5 hrs after check-in time. Called VRBO representative and Sam finally started communicating and said his VRBO app wasn't working. Received no email on check-in instructions/code prior to arrival. Checkout time stated after 11 am but cleaning staff arrived at 10:30 and Sam sent an email via VRBO saying we had stayed pass checkout time which was incorrect. He said he would reimburse us $100 for the stay due to the check-in issue (have not received yet) and he apologize for his getting his checkout times mixed up before 11:00 am (I have screenshots) which he has now updated to before 10:00 a.m. Other than that we had a great time in West Palm and enjoyed our stayed!
The owner was very helpful. The place was very clean and equipped generously with what we need. The location was close to everything. Lots of privacy. We had a great time. We will go again.
Property owners were quick to act on anything we needed. They are refunding us for two nights because they booked our room twice. The first room was upstairs and great. The other was downstairs and great also except for the noisy tenants that were there. Had we known it was a two story and that west palm beach was not tourist oriented we would have gone to Miami. We didnât have a bad time
