This 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom peaceful hideaway has everything you'll need! Relax in the outdoor jacuzzi or on the sun loungers soaking up the sun with some blissful views from the backyard. There's more to this lavish yard with an above ground pool and a BBQ for some outdoor grilling.
During the cooler nights you can even watch the views from the sun room while drinking a glass of wine and enjoying dinner at the outdoor dining table. Enjoy the brand new amenity of wireless speakers in the living room giving you a luxurious home theater vibe. There's an additional entertainment room built into the garage, this includes a pool table, foosball table, arcade games, Nintendo switch, projector and darts and an extra bed. Kitchen comes fully stocked with all your necessities. Enjoy a night in with your family making a home made meal in this spacious kitchen. Modern, stylish yet homey living room is perfect for you to lounge and binge on your favorite shows. Guests will have full access to the 4 bedroom home. Garage that's been turned into a hang out room/ guest bedroom. Last but not least the pool and spa in the backyard. Guest will also have access to our brand new EV charger.

Home is centrally located next to Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs, Hawks Landing Golf Course and Agua Caliente Casino. Home is also a short drive to nature preserves, trails, museums, restaurants, thrifting and antiquing.

Car recommended for getting around

Multiple parking spots in driveway. Please no overnight street parking.

Over night street parking is not allowed.

Please do not burn any wood in the yard. The fire pit is ran on propane.

Trash day is Wednesday, if you can roll the garbage bins out the curb the night prior and roll them back once trash has been collected that would be greatly appreciated.

Pool maintenance is every Friday and Tuesday.

Pool is not heated but we do have a jacuzzi in the backyard.
