great pool

Loved the house location in Joshua Tree. House was in need of some deep cleaning. Floors and furniture were quite dusty. Upholstery on furniture was stained. Ammenities in the kitchen where sparce. The pans and dishes were well worn. The silverware was mismatched and not enough for the amount of guests the house was advertised to accomodate. Closet cabnets were stuffed with unfolded laundry. The pool was the reason for booking this property and it was clean. Pool could use some umbrellas since we were instructed not to use sunscreen in the pool. There was a nice outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella but there were no cushions provided for the outdoor furniture. Sorry for the sad review. Hope you can make some changes to the property because it has great potential.

Great location and lovely house

The home's location near the NP entrance is phenomenal. The water is nice and hot and the water pressure amazing! It's great to have a washer & dryer to rinse our swimsuits. The towels (bath and pool) are nearly new or gently used (not old and yucky). There's plenty of counter space in the bathrooms. There's a great assortment of kitchen utensils. The cactus margarita glasses are so cute! Communication with the host is wonderful. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was great to have a functioning bathtub to bathe littles. Overall, a good, functioning home that met all our needs.

Great location and space to spread out!

Our family of eight came and there was ample room in the home for us to all sleep, eat together, relax… Kitchen was well apportioned for us to cook our own meals while there. We’d definitely rebook again when we return to JTNP!

Great Stay

My friends and I loved Declan’s place! Any time we needed anything we would promptly respond. He made sure everything was perfect and we really appreciate that. The house it’s in a really nice location and is comfortable for a big group of people.

Great location and well equipped home!

Great location close to West entrance of JTNP, house clean and well suited to our needs. Only complaint is our checkout time was supposed to be 11 but the cleaning people showed up at 9. They said the owner told them we would be out by 9 but that had never been communicated to us. Luckily we were heading out at that time anyhow so it wasn’t an idlsdue.

Family vacation

Great stay at A million Stars Manor! Great location, beautiful scenery, minutes from cute little shops & restaurants & 5 minute drive to Joshua Tree main entrance. The grounds were well maintained & we really enjoyed the hot tub. Nice size pool, only down fall with the pool was it wasnt heated so it was very cold so didnt get used. Great place to stay for family get aways! Will definitely book here again when we come back!

Lovely stay close to Joshua Tree National Park

We had a lovely stay at this house near the west entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. Thank you to Declan for such a clean, well-appointed home that we appreciated so much. We enjoyed the hot tub and played board games provided in the living room. The beds are super comfy. The stars at night are incredible from the back patio. The sunset view from there is also spectacular. A great getaway.

Super close to the park!

The location of this property can’t be beat! It’s super close to the park entrance which allowed us to get in early and avoid the lines. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The only thing to note is that the pool can’t be heated, but the hot tub was hot!

Another Great Vacation

Another family get together at this excellent property! Spacious, modern and located so close to everything you might want to see and do in Joshua Tree. Great walks literally on your doorstep. Everything went "swimmingly" and the children are already planning for next year. Thanks, Declan.

Great Family Getaway!

Great location and family home. Nice big kitchen table that everyone could sit at, big living room for TV viewing, games and conversation. Mattress was good, linens cleans and kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Desert Wedding

We loved this home!!! Warm, welcoming and well-equipped! We were a party of 6 adults (friends and family) attending a wedding in Joshua Tree. The large spacious bedrooms and open kitchen/dining/living area were just right. We enjoyed sitting around the pool and looking out at desert landscape. The host, Declan, was super responsive!

Terrific getaway

My wife and I spent a lovely week here. The place was terrific - great views, pool always at just the right temperature, comfortable rooms, good sized kitchen and great grill. Highly recommend to anyone!

Good safe pool area for children. Yard OK for dog, but not attractive otherwise. Some TLC necessary. Host responded v. promptly to replace broken (missing) sunshade. Relaxing vacation home close to Park Entrance and Visitor Center. Good Farmers' Market on Sunday. Thanks for the hospitality!

Family enjoyed swimming pool and jacuzzi.

My family enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. There were board games to play with. Dog friendly place. Near entrance to Joshua Tree NP. It was nice to park my car in the garage since it was 100° during my stay. Good place to stay.

Perfect for us! Love this place.

Thank you for this wonderful escape from the noise. Your property is lovely and we really enjoyed your house. We brought our dogs and they were happy there, too. I look forward to more visits in the future. Thank you also for such great communication and everything was so easy. Lots of places to eat not too far away. #MillionStarManor is the perfect name. Amazing Property, book NOW!

This home is amazing. It is CLEAN and VERY spacious. It has all the necessities you need when staying at a home away from home. My family's favorite part was the view of the night sky, it is breath taking. Declan made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. We would love to stay here again when visiting the area. 10/10 - RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful home and view

First time at Joshua tree and I couldn't be more happier staying in this house. Place was much bigger than excepted, everything was nice and clean when arrived. The backyard view is beautiful make sure you wake up one day of your trip a bit early to catch that sunrise you won't regret it. Thank you Declan for letting us stay here, super nice and helpful!
