Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by a large open concept and fully stocked kitchen ready for cooking for the whole family! The open kitchen, living, and dining room all overlook the beautiful water way of the Port Washington Narrows. Step out onto the deck off the living room to relax on the patio furniture and take in the views! An additional living space on the opposite side of the kitchen holds an office area and TV room that's equipped with cozy throws for extra comfort!
Down the first flight of stairs leads to the primary bedroom and attached bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed with top of the line linens and additional water views! The attached spacious bathroom is complete with a with double vanity, shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet. We also provide bath and hand towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer in each bathroom for our guests!
Down a second flight of stairs you will be lead to two additional bedrooms each with full sized beds and another fully equipped bathroom. Topping off this house is the theater room designed to fit the whole family! Complete with a large sectional with recliners, 2 giant bean bag style chairs, and a mini fridge this room is setup for enjoyment! Use the provided high quality, queen-sized air mattress to comfortably sleep two additional guests in the theater room! The theater room is equipped with thick drapes to provide privacy and transform it into a cozy sleeping area.

This stunning townhouse shares a wall on one side, however the noise from the unit next door is very limited. We do ask that guests please be respectful of noise levels from 10pm-8am. Although the driveway is very small, the garage holds parking for two cars. There is also parking for one additional car in a guest parking area, and additional street parking.
