Wonderful house, great amenities and warm welcome
This house is wonderfully located on the lake shore. The place is quiet, the view is amazing from the terrace, where we enjoyed barbecue parties for our family dinners every night. Tony, the owner, did a great job refreshing this lake house : everything is modern and convenient, the hotbtub is great, you will find fishing poles and bait if you want to try it with one of the numerous kayaks available for you, or from the private deck. Board games, DVD, books and puzzles are available in the large TV room downstairs.
Most importantly, what made a difference for us were the small attentions put everywhere for our arrival. Everything was "turnkey", which is really great when you come for vacations and arrive quite late like us. Cold water and drinks in the fridge, and a couple of special attentions. Tony makes himself available all the time, showed up in a very courteous and nice way during our first day to see if we needed something.
It was very easy for us to make ourselves at home in this great house. We wanted to visit plenty of stuff before coming (we are from Paris, France) and we ended-up enjoying the house and the lake most of the time....probably what some would call real vacations, right?
Go for it - no hesitations !
PS : by the way, who said that it was always raining in Seattle? :-) We got 6 days of sunny weather there, and temperatures between 85-90F!
