With incredible views of Lake Hamilton, this well-furnished condo is just the place to spend a vacation retreat. Enjoy lounging in the charming interiors, or stay active outside. Located in a gated community, you'll have access to two fenced pools (one of which overlooks the lakes) and two fenced hot tubs. The area is perfect for picnics with so many bodies of water nearby. Pick a spot together and dine while indulging in the picturesque views. Make a day out of a trip to the heart of Hot Springs and take advantage of the numerous attractions. Design a field trip for the kids by taking them to one of the many museums or trekking on a nature trail. The area is teeming with local restaurants begging to be tried, so be sure to sample one before heading back.

Inside, you'll be greeted by abundant warm, natural light and a spacious interior. After an eventful day out, lounge on the comfy sectional and watch your favorite shows on the TV. When hunger strikes, have the group chef whip up a feast to remember in the well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy a hearty meal together, then stroll onto the balcony and gaze at the beautiful backdrop. As the sun begins to set, go for a scenic walk along the water's edge. When the evening draws to a close, know you'll rest well in the uniquely outfitted bedrooms.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Please note that the availability of our pool is seasonal. The pool opens each year in observance of Labor Day and remains open until Memorial Day. Guests planning their stay outside of this period should be aware that the pool will not be accessible. Dock details: The on-site pools and hot tubs open on April 1st and close on October 1st.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
